1 Million British Red Coats have a Musket line battle VS World War 2 WW2 US Army Soldiers with Sherman Tanks! This was made using the Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator 2 UEBS 2 new battle simulator.

I would love to see like 500k Spartans protecting the one true lord and savior battle duck from 500k mid-evil knights, 500k Persians, and 500k Roman’s. If you think the Spartans won’t stand a chance maybe add like 100k reinforcing troops come running from behind the enemy lines or something.

Its unfair to have shermans when the red coats dont have cannons. Does the game not have cannons for the red coats? If so that would be cool to watch, maybe scale the battles down to more practical numbers and better battle formations with flanks protection, and why not have both sides on attack mode
yeah the wacky ones r cool but this game is kinda just that it doesnt have enough realism to recreate crazy battles like that yet but im not sure
As the Shermans didn't die you could have had 1 Sherman vs 1M red coats and the tank wins.
Sadly there are no red coats, however bullets do a lot of damage to the tanks :) You actually don't see dead tanks since when they die they actually just disappear
You'd have to give them at the very least WW1 era artillery for it to have any hope of denting a Sherman, and even then, only the heavy guns would be doing that. Artillery era appropriate to redcoats is about as effective against WW2 era tanks as the muskets. This fight is inherently unbalanced. Really the US army should stay out of musket range and mow them down with their own artillery since the M2A1 outranges musketmen by about 7 miles.
@@Paul-bs5wl well considering the red coats use muskets it was unfair from the start anywayz yeah, i didnt mean adding cannons would actually balance the probability of red coats winning, i just ment if it has everything of ww2 era then it should have everything of the other era aswell including their cannons
The early part of that battle shows how effective volley fire could be. however the Americans effectively had very mobile artillery cause the Sherman's main gun is easily equal if not superior to 18th century artillery. It would be interesting to see if you give the redcoats the same number of cannons as there were Shermans.
The game mechanics are borked. At least during the initial stages of battle, when the brits fired volleys, several shooters would aim at the same opponent. And only the front row of soldiers would fire. Then they'd go down on one knee and start reloading while the second row moved up to fire their volley. This 'simulator' have the brits firing individually, and soldiers further back is also firing. In short, the first volley should NOT have taken out as many US Army troops as it did, and before the second volley, a lot of the troops would have dropped to the ground and taken up firing positions.
Would it be though? WW2 rifles beat muskets in everything. There is no reason to go up that close if you can just sit further out and pick the enemy off because they should have far greater range and accuracy.
I know that this is a game and balance is needed for it to work, but there is no way that muskets would have better range than shotguns. And they are nowhere near as accurate either.

To be fair you sent half of the American army to their deaths, so more Americans definitely would have survived had they been using Thompsons
Great fight but would like to see a “part 2” of this with the shotgunners starting behind the sub machine gunners, I get the initial idea to put them in front cause they’re close range but tactically they’d go behind them so the sub machine gunners and Sherman’s could lay down fire to open up for the shotgunners to move in without as many casualties
Edit: and possibly half of the Sherman’s to make it a closer fight
More than that I’d say use a quarter of what he used, then Sherman’s are bullet sponges
Given that armies before the Napoleonic Wars weren’t that large and the US Army in ww2 was one of the largest factions along with the Soviets, if these two armies met each other on the field in real life, they’d probably be equal in size! Except, the British force would cover an entire theatre of war while the American force would be a small task force sent to capture a bridge or an important town!

i think it was a bit unfair for the red coats since they didnt have any artillery to keep the tanks at bay. Next time add some artillery for the red coats to make the battle more interesting!

The range on muskets wasn't very far and their rate of fire was waaaaayyyyy too quick.
Not a single Sherman died. They may take damage but that's no good if they don't cease working or blow up.
As if 18C muzzleloading cannons are going to do anything against a TANK.
I'd love to but sadly it doesn't exist in the game :/ maybe one day!

(Also red dye was just the easiest and cheapest to use).
The shotguns with slugs (A023) would have been on par with the range of the British smooth bore muskets. Also the British would have a reduced rate of fire.
the British. were able to fire 5-7 Shots a minute with the Muskets.
@@perkaare7454 During the reign of the highly inaccurate Brown Bess, the average British soldier was expected to fire three rounds a minute. Highly trained and experienced soldiers could fire up to 4 rounds per minute.
Yea, these muskets are freaking overpowered. Thompson's seemed underpowered as well.

@@tucanman9775 The Marines used shotguns in the Pacific. The Model 37 was probably the most common. Not a major contributor, but used nevertheless.
Instead of shotguns, give them Garands. The 30-06 would be far, far more effective than the scatter guns.
And the M1 was also the normal and most widely used firearm by the Americans in WW2

@@JZuncut "full force" is so funny lmao. France sent huge support to the Americans, and Britain had a large amount of troops defend Britain and were at war with France during the revolutionary war. As well Spain gave large bits of territory to America in support, and large parts of America was owned by France previously before being sold.

South Africa had a number of epic battles. Blood river with the Voortrekker Boers against Dingane's Zulu army, Vegkop with the boers against Mzilikaze's army, Isandlwana and Rorkes Drift with the Redcoatss against the Zulu armies, Spioenkop and Magersfontein with the British against the Boer armies. Even a historical recreation would be interesting or a simulation of a million Zulu warriors against the redcoats at Isandlwana.
There are masses of historical data available online on any of the above battles.

How do you arrange your armies so well? I have a hard time getting them spread right and then getting them places accurately.

With the people dying, it's because while rare there is friendly fire. I noticed that in the zombie battle where redcoats were dying before the zombies were close to them.

More than ridiculously-sized armies, I'd like to see more mixed forces. Foot soldiers protecting mobile ranged units supported by artillery, etc. You kinda have that here with the Americans, keep going with it.

Ummm as I was saying when it comes to melee units... try putting 2 different melee teams on top of each other or place them on top of each other so that all of them will fight, instead of them waiting at the back for their turn... and give the different teams some reinforcements so they will have a second round of clash

Sherman tanks don't bleed, they're just bloodstained. In this game, there's blood when they're hit, which I think you're in for the realism of the game. But I think it's really weird.

idea: have two long ans thin lines of medival knights and Persians of the opposite sides of the Olympus map all the way and the far edges, so they run up into the middle of the map.
This would be more fun if you employed some simple battle formations

try a battle with an infantry line infront of ranged. like red coats with a line of romans infront defending against Spartans
the firefly version of the sherman. it had a more powerful cannon than the standard sherman as it was high velocity.
Thats not a Firefly tho. Its a normal Sherman with 76mm Cannon

On the one hand, accuracy doesn't matter when you have a wall of enemies running toward you...on the other, is the redcoat accuracy a bit high for them? I'd imagine there should be many shots going low, though there are enough Americans that the shots that go high would still come down and hit...i guess it evens out a bit...
