  • LIES! Team Johnny Depp DESTROYS Amber Heard Expert! Dr David Spiegel Paid LIES & Credibility EXPOSED
    Dr. Spiegel testified on behalf of Amber Heard's team , in an attempt to discredit Johnny Depp. But Johnny's lawyer Wayne Dennison fought back beautifully - bringing up The Goldwater Rule. Dr Spiegel's reactions and non-reactions have already created various memes online, as well as his own words exposing his own paid bias.
    From Independent.co.uk - Johnny Depp shows behaviour ‘consistent with a perpetrator of IPV, psychiatrist says ‘We all get angry with people ... But when our brain is functioning well, we don’t act it out’. Johnny Depp trial LIVE. It's the final week of his legal battle with Amber Heard Orthopedic surgeon testifies Johnny Depp didn't lose fingertip from vodka bottle Amber Heard's legal team called psychiatrist David Spiegel as a defense witness on Monday.
    "Mr Depp has behaviors that are consistent with someone who has substance behavior as well as someone who is a perpetrator of IPV," said Spiegel, an expert in addiction and IPV, also known as DV.
    Asked if he believes Mr Depp’s substance usage impaired his ability to perform as an actor, Dr Spiegel said he is aware of Mr Depp using an earpiece for lines. He said he believes Mr Depp’s “thinking rate” is down and his attention and memory are impaired, noting that drugs and alcohol “will make us disinhibited and will make us act out, in a lot of different ways”, including IPV.

If it was, he would speak of owning an island on every occasion, not be ashamed of mentioning that because he recognizes ridiculous privilege and that he was fortunate. Also a person online accuses this guy that because he failed to renew contact when he promised his patient killed himself. He knew patient was suicidal, family was begging for help, he said he will get back to them,never did. But I understand why he is there. Every real expert amber searched for would have refused to testify in a way that benefited her. I also feel that amber longs for Johhny and partially hopes he will go back to her and her actions are punishment for him leaving. But as with any legal decision, that decision must have a name. The rule applies to anyone not just candidates running for office. The ruling makes no distinction of who this comes into play. It merely states it is unethical for therapists to diagnose ANY patient they have not seen as a patient. PERIOD. I was diagnosed with PTSD from childhood trauma. In my therapy sessions we talked about my abuser. I did ask if my abuser had NPD and my therapist say they may have it but that he couldn’t diagnose my abuser with it because he never meet my abuser for a diagnosis. It is completely unethical for a therapist to diagnose a person they have never meet. This guy looks insane to me, I couldn’t last one session with him.

    • @niashantelle4730
      @niashantelle4730 Před 2 lety +4

      Same with me. They explicitly tell you that. So do non psychiatric doctor's. When I was with my abuser, I had a doctor's appointment and he asked me to describe some symptoms for something going on with him to my doctor. I was sure even before that, that that's not how that works. But I asked the doctor and the doctor said they could not tell me what was wrong with him without him coming in for an appointment. Ethical doctors all around, will tell anybody the same thing. clearly this crackpot was also bribed with some large sum of money. All her experts seem like they have personality disorders. Willing to ruin a man's life because that insane woman offers you money that she is crazy to believe with certainty that she'll be rewarded. So lie on the stand to try and help her win. SMH

      Actually they do all the time. A lot of patients first see psychologists...get diagnosed. But if you want "drugs" you then need to see the psychiatrist. He can prescribe drugs and he has the evaluation of the psychologist to go by and within a few minutes they often come up with their own "expert opinion" and diagnose you wrong and prescribe you some crazy drugs. It happens a lot!

    It's actually scary that, with dedication, basically anyone can become a psychiatrist, and in effect, fuck up a lot of innocent lives -if they so choose.
