It depends what's within the nda, it's like saying yeah but you've signed contracts with others prior so that's no excuse not to sign this contract, err no, you don't sign a bad contract just because you've signed many prior contracts before or even if you've signed bad contracts before, no one should get stuck being forced into signing a bad contract. But I know Kesha is stuck in that awful sunset clause so it happens with some things but it doesn't make it right at all. Plus this is different, she's dealing with her ex, it's mixing personal and business, if it's not just a business dealing and if the nda is saying you can't disparage him as a person which would effect the business, that's not really fair, if she wants to speak up about what happened in their past relationship she shouldn't be forced to keep her mouth shut. It's not like Amber who agreed for $7 mil divorce payment which she pledged to charity and she broke the agreement with that article and she broke the pledge 'cause she never made the donation. This is Ange not wanting to agree to it in the first place. I think that is what she might be complaining about. It's not just about an nda in general, but what's in it and maybe trying to keep her quiet and that's why she doesn't want it. Maybe I heard that from Emily D. Baker. Maybe they need to amend or rewrite the nda or just mediate or therapy or something to sort out their issues. I was surprised when I heard the news Shiloh was dropping Pitt from her name. I last heard she was neutral with both parents and Angelina out her own mouth on camera was supportive of that. So I don't know where that came from. Maybe she's just following her older siblings. Dropping his last name isn't neutral anymore. 'Cause now it's really only Knox and Vivienne left, the two minors.
