The T-X also used liquid metal as you can tell from the ending scene of T3 and had the ability to repair its own parts. The T-3000 was made of nanobots and an endoskeleton however it could be more easily defeated because it relied on external weapons and the nanobots could be destroyed with different chemicals and elements much more easily than the liquid metal of the TX, and the TX endoskeleton was made of a much stronger metal than the T800 so it was pretty much a real life superhero.

Rev 9 isn’t really all that powerful, T-X, T-3000 and although it might not be able to completely kill it, even T-850 would be able to beat it in a fight.
After watching the power ranking, my favourite terminator models would be: T-600, T-800, T-850 & REV-9. Although the T-600 might be weaker than the others it's still my favourite for it's buff look. 🗿
I think the REV-9 is the stupidest one because of it's lack intelligence removing any obstacle to get to it's target. I remember in the first movie that T-800 needed to remove Kyle in order to the mission more easier then the same happen with T2 and 3 where they need to remove both T-800 units so they attack the thing which could stop them but the REV-9 did the very opposite.
