I havnt been able to do my normal (fairly intense) two-hour workout for over a month now because ive been dealing with some sickness, and it is looking like i wont be able to return to it for a while. Ive been following your videos to have at least have fifteen minutes of physical activity at a level i can handle. Its hard going from daily runs and weights to only fifteen or so minutes of yoga, but its all my body will allow right now. Thank you for your videos, i always use yours, and you have really helped me out. I hope to incorporate your videos into my post-work-out, whenever i can start again. Lots of love ❤

If i try this , will some flexibility return ? I am 57 , I started this not too long ago. I have arthritis in one of my hips...
I’m 68 - with arthritis in my right hip. I do some yoga every morning (almost 😉) it definitely helps with flexibility
Definitely helps. I’m 62
I'm not a health professional, but I would say that if you are patient and gentle with your body you will see improvement in flexibility. 💜💜
Slowly, over time, you will become more flexible and strong.
Definitely, the trick is to do a little everyday. Works for me anyway 😊
