- Here I cook the easy and quick Gobi 65 in my own style. With the loaded spices and flavors, this Gobi 65 will be the best snack. Not only as a party snack, but this also turns out to be a perfect dinner accompaniment!!!

கடலை மாவு / Gram Flour - 2 Spoon
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 1 ½ Spoon
கரம் மசாலா / Garam Masala - ¼ Spoon
சோம்பு தூள் / Fennel Seed Powder - ¼ Spoon
எலுமிச்சை / Lemon - 1
உப்பு / Salt - தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கறிவேப்பிலை / Curry Leaves
- தேவையான அளவு / As Required
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
- தேவையான அளவு / As Required
தனியா தூள் / Coriander Powder - ½ Spoon
இன்ஜி பூண்டு விழுது / Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Spoon
அரிசி மாவு / Rice Flour - 1 Spoon

Tried this recipe today. Turned out tasty. Thank you, Sir. I've two queries:
1. It was crispy when hot but became soft when turned cold. How can the crispness be maintained even when cold.
2.The oil colour changed and the binding also loosened from the gobi. How to keep the coating intact.
