Here in our place Very common recipe in all the restaurants, many of you have requested for this recipe. So here is the recipe which I learnt and cooking more than a two decades! பூண்டு / Garlic - 1 1/2 Spoon
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/2 Spoon
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1/2 Spoon
வெங்காயத்தாள் / Spring Onion
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
குடை மிளகாய் / Capsicum - 1
தக்காளி சாஸ் / Tomato sauce - 3 TBSP
காய்ந்த மிளகாய் விழுது / Red Chilli Sauce - 1 TBSP

Hi Deena, I tried this dish and messed it. The batter did not stick to cauliflower, instead it got separated and was in the oil as a residue. However, my wife still liked it the way i cooked and she ate it without any complaint. :-).
