Tried both Veg fried rice and gobi manchurian!! Came out so yummy. Used cast iron kadai in high heat and it worked perfect 👌. Thank you so much for the recipe. All loved it

I used ricebran oil for a past five years. I am 58 years old and havind heart problems also. But after using this oil recommended by you in the last episode it reduces my problems to a certain level. What I am coming to say is this is good one and not doing any harm to health. Apart from this Gopimanjurian in your way with virgin olive oil is very very good.
