Coconut Paste - 1 1/2 tbsp

Cauliflower pepper fry...
Again a very fantastic recepe.Your demo says it all. The timing of adding each item is well explained. That's why the recepe helps in bringing out the best results. Apart from this I liked is (1) adding fennel seeds first to the hot oil and(2) adding thin coconut paste, fennel powder and finely ground pepper and finishing with a dollop of ghee with finely chopped coriander leaves.

I prepared this dish yesterday ie 01/07/22. As you said it goes well as a side dish with chapati, rice and Idly and dosa, it does.
