There is something so flamboyant about this guy,it's really creeping me out.On the other hand,it comes across as a SNL skit...somewhat amusing,actually.
The PSR-S670 is by far,the nicest looking design(out of the entire PSR-series.)I've been going over the differences between all of the models and the only differences,seem to be the number of voices, expansion memory,internal memory and of course,the display screen sizes.That said,I cannot justify spending $2,000 on a S970,when the S670 has all of the essentials I need(which by the way,would be a significant upgrade from my other budget keyboards,like my former MOX6,MOXF6 and my former Korg Kross 2.)
They should not focus on his face but on instrument features. Actually guy plays fine and gives nice presentation but whoever was filming this video did not make it best.
Four and a half years later... Yamaha has replaced the PSR-S970 with the PSR-S975 and now the PSR-SX900; the PSR-S770 with the PSR-S775 and now the PSR-SX700... But _this_ is still the most recent model in the 6XX line. No PSR-S675 was ever built, nor is there a PSR-SX600. Has Yamaha abandoned the $1000 price segment for arranger keyboards?

I have this keyboard but I use it as a midi-controller only because all the functions shown in this demo are buried 20 levels deep in some convoluted menu. I hate using it.
This piano is fantastic, however, mine went out of tune and I don't know how to fix it. Suddenly my piano PSR S 670 went out of tune, the piano is new, It has 6 months. Please any help on how to fix this out of tune problem will appreciate
Try Checking the Modulator Bend. Modulation may Be The Reason. The Modulator Is In the Left Side Of the S670, Beside Pitch Bend. If that Does Not Work, Go to the Functions, And Check The Master Tuning Function (I Dont Have One, But My Friend Has an s670, So im Not Sure) If that Does Not Work, Call in and use this link usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/keyboards/arranger_workstations/psr-s670/index.html Use that Link and Click the Support Button to Check On It. When the problem happened I visited the Yamaha center but to my surprise they told me that they can't fix it because it was not imported by Yamaha dealer in Korean. The only solution was to buy a new processor for a keybord which cost around 500$.
In my opinion Yamaha is the best keyboard. I have par s 670 and Casio ctk 7300. Actually Casio makes keyboards with high features with cheap price. But Yamaha is unbeatable !

Good question. I originally purchased the PSR=EW400 but then I returned it and used the store credit to purchase the PSR S670. Honestly, I liked the PSR EW400 better for the simple fact that there's more support for it online.

Hello Lit , you made a good choice with the s770 , both the s670 and the s770 can be loaded with new Voices and Styles , for your s770 you should visit Styles2PSR on CZcams and see what this guy does with Yamaha PSR S Model keyboards , he is brilliant at what he does , made my s670 sound much much better than any other s670 that i have heard , well worth having a look at Styles2par !👍👍👍👍👍👍
