For those who have not heard the good news, this movie will *finally* be released on DVD, on August 13. It is available now for pre-order from Amazon, Best Buy and (supposedly) Barnes & Noble (though B&N did not carry the original book when I tried to purchase it from themsome months ago; go figure.) Anyway, my recommendation? Pre-order a bunch of copies, keep one and donate the rest to several local churches and like-minded community-groups in your area; the better to spread the word. (Plus it might even be tax-deductible.)

That kind of a preview of a sneak peek? Don't get me wrong, I have sought out even the most obscure media interviews re: UNPLANNED, and eagerly await the DVD & online listing on the producers movie service pureflix.com. But the cat has sort of already gotten out of that sneak peek window, doncha think?

It will be released on August 13, but don't expect warm, fuzzy reactions from the library-staff if you ask them to order it for you.
