Wait until you see Hanging Rock 😱 Walls Lookout, Cox's Cave, Govetts Leap Lookout - Blue Mountains

The second leg of our Blue Mountains road trip was 3 days spent in Blackheath.
Our first stop was a short hike to Walls Lookout where we had the whole trail to ourselves and were the only ones at the lookout. This was our first real glimpse of the Blue Mountains and we were seriously blown away!
Next up was a hike to a hidden gem which we were very excited about. We parked our car at Mount Piddington and began the Cox’s Cave circuit. The ladder to get up to the cave was both epic and a little sketchy. The cave itself was huge and such an underrated hike in the area.
We checked into our accommodation for the next two nights at the Kyah Hotel which was a lovely stay and was gifted to us in exchange for some social media content.
The following day we hiked to Burramoko Ridge (Hanging Rock) which is another hidden gem and this one just follows a fire trail where the walk isn’t even sign posted. The rock formation was unreal and we’re so glad we saw it but were not keen at all at jumping the gap to get out to the point.
We had lunch at Govetts Leap Lookout and realised it was an epic location for sunrise as it faced the East so we made a plan to come back there in the morning.
For sunset we got takeaway pizza and headed to Hargraves Lookout although we didn’t quite get the sunset we had hoped for, but it was still beautiful to be out and enjoying nature.
