    This 15-minute hips and hamstrings exercise is a great add-on to incorporate into your daily yoga practice. Lead by Jessica Olie, this slower paced class focuses on stretching and lengthening poses specifically targeted at releasing any tension in the hip and hamstrings areas. Jessica offers her tips and modifications to ensure proper alignment and correct postures. This class is a great strengthening and prep practice for splits, inversions and hip-openers.

    Wow love the detail and insight you are bringing to this video. Understanding how and why is very important to a guy like me with very, very tight hips. Your voice is perfect on my relax . I just found another part of my weekly and monthly workouts. TIGHT HIPS BE GONE!.

    That was the best hamstring release I have ever had. I've been practising yoga consistently for 3 years and never felt that level of release. Thank you so much, so excited to progress my inversions (which have been hindered by silly tight hamstrings!)

    Lovely! I only had 15 minutes (and felt reasonably warm) and this was perfect - I want to really feel it in my body afterwards to be happy with a flow, and this did it. Thank you!
