Always love your stuff. What is funny that many of your exercises don’t look like they would do much for hip muscles. That is until I get the “WHOO!” As you say. Then with more respect I go back more slowly. 😂

Im an ultra trail runner 62yr old male, I have been dealing with a strained hip flexor, as well as a non activating glute; all right side. Its been 3-4 weeks of laying off the stretching of the hip flexors and strength work on glutes, and its just not getting to 100%, any ideas.
Unrelated question. Anyone have any suggestions on how to return to balanced upper body training? Wrecked my left shoulder few months back, and finally getting it to function. It's still way weaker there than the right side is. Been trying alternating and archer pushups but any other ideas?

I would ask a physical therapist.
