Thanks for watching! The reason I don't usually give camera settings for images is because your camera and flash settings should always depend on your surroundings, not mine. My ambient light is completely different to yours so my settings wouldn't have the same outcome as what you are potentially going to get. That being said if you're still curious ISO100 f5.6 1/125s.

I think this one might have been an old Bowens light stand but it's not a special one in any way, just a standard light stand. Thanks for watching!
