I have made this cheese, yum. A lot like dream cheese which is made from yogurt in the same way. Add some herbs for a yummy spread.

I found that after a couple of hours it was drained enough. I stir it gently now an then so it drains a little faster. It could set longer if you want a less creamy cheese.
