All parts and manufacturing are made in the USA. Axle plates are cast in the Pacific Northwest and the assembly/welding in Northern California. Fully TIG welded in-house.
This hardtail was designed to meet original Harley specifications of a Panhead tail section. There is no added stretch or height changing in the rear section.
This design saves time, and money, on the install, as you do not remove the original seat post casting and back transmission mounts. Our top tube slotted sliding slugs allow you to graft into the existing top tubes behind the seat post casting, requiring less work than traditional hardtails and preserving a more original Harley look. Top tubes taper in, mimicking the original hardtail frames. Our bottom drive side tube kicks out to allow for ample chain clearance.
All of our kits come with top rail slugs, bottom tube sleeves, and gussets.
