- Specifically designed for Harley-Davidson Evo Big Twin original factory frames from 1985-99. This hardtail does not require a professional frame jig for installation, although the use of a jig is always a plus.

All parts and manufacturing are made in the USA. Axle plates and Seatpost Yokes are HD replicas. All assembly and TIG welding in Northern California.
This hardtail was designed to meet original Harley specifications of the Evo Big Twin tail section. There is no added stretch or height changing in the rear section. When it's all said and done the rear section is as close to a Panhead as it gets.
We designed this hardtail to have a simple install procedure and most importantly preserve your bikes VIN numbers to minimize registration/dmv related headaches.

Hello, from lanesplitters Chanel! Wish we had some good companies like yourself in uk!
Nicely designed and probably sheds a shit-ton of weight - potential customers would probably be interested in the before and after figures?
Cant wait to do mine but i gotta wait 😂

Hot Krispy dog
This might sound like a dumb question, but will this kit work also for big twin Evo dyna frames?
Sadly it only works with Softails, the Dyna frame is a whole other animal.
not judging by any means im a big fan but for that price couldnt you just purchase an already hardtailed frame?
Do you mean an aftermarket full hard-tail complete frame, or do you mean a stock Harley frame that some one else has hard-tailed?
@@bbc4dub aftermarket
@@lego9126 The main thing is Keeping a matching frame VIN to the title. The axle plates on the Krispy hard-tails have a better look than most aftermarket frames and kits I've seen. Made in U.S.A... Those are the points that sold me. 🤷♂
@@bbc4dub I mean some brands do offer cast axel plates a vin less frames not to mention this kit cost twice as much as the ones to hardtail say a shovel or sportster and buying it is only half the battle especially if you don’t have the fabrication skills
@@lego9126 Good points. Buying a shovel is getting harder and no-one truly prefers a sportster over a big twin. it just seems like a solid option even if it's a lil pricey upfront. One last reason you might go for the Krispy kit is to support a smaller company instead of giving your money to a lager company that already has a hold on the market. I might be biased being from northern California though.
