Big Twin Evo Hardtail Install
Specifically designed for Harley-Davidson Evo Big Twin original factory frames from 1985-99. This hardtail does not require a professional frame jig for installation, although the use of a jig is always a plus.
Buy the Big Twin Evo Hardtail Kit here:
krispychoppers.com/collections/krispy-tools/products/evo-big-twin-weld-on-hardtail-with-htc-cast-axle-plates
All parts and manufacturing are made in the USA. Axle plates and Seatpost Yokes are HD replicas. All assembly and TIG welding in Northern California.
This hardtail was designed to meet original Harley specifications of the Evo Big Twin tail section. There is no added stretch or height changing in the rear section. When it's all said and done the rear section is as close to a Panhead as it gets.
We designed this hardtail to have a simple install procedure and most importantly preserve your bikes VIN numbers to minimize registration/dmv related headaches.

Great video. Always enjoy y’all’s content. Really cool of you guys to go above and beyond explaining the process with explanations that might come naturally to some and very helpful to any new metal workers. 🍻

Y cómo suena?
It's that guy.

Hello Krispy, I've been wanting a cycleelctric Genny for my ironhead, are they really a good Genny and last?? There bout 400-500$ and kinda hesitant.thanks
Heard about you guys from lnspltblvd and I already love you guys!!! #piscesgang
So your saying I need a lathe 😂
Hello, from lanesplitters Chanel! Wish we had some good companies like yourself in uk!
Nice Old stily 60s early 70's Chop. FUC! OUT OF THIS WORLD 👍
Dude.. you’re rad! Thanks for these videos and not being a total douche about it. I’m building my first chop and these videos are totally helpful answering some questions and steering me in the right direction. Thanks man!! 🤘
This was bad ass!!
This was BADASS. I love watching the step by step and explanation. This is amazing. Also how cool how much enthusiasm you put into it. I haven’t had a project where I was excited the whole time in a long time. Rad video thanks.
I appreciate the nerdy math stuff. Thanks dude
big fan of krispy style choppers I like the rusty functional bikes and that frame 🔥
Would love to see a full build on this big mama
beautiful work ❤
Back off the coffee man haha
Sick AF dude! Truly amazing
This might sound like a dumb question, but will this kit work also for big twin Evo dyna frames?
Sadly it only works with Softails, the Dyna frame is a whole other animal.
Awesome video, boys. I can't wait for the rest. You are going to video the whole build. I hope ??🤟🤘💯
What do they run?$$$
Wished it was around when I had my Evo WideGlide
These are rad. Might be a couple coming my way.
Nicely designed and probably sheds a shit-ton of weight - potential customers would probably be interested in the before and after figures?
Good stuff fellas . 🤘
🤘
Thank you so much!, been dying for this video and yes it does look that easy.😂
Hot Krispy dog
Cant wait to do mine but i gotta wait 😂
not judging by any means im a big fan but for that price couldnt you just purchase an already hardtailed frame?
Do you mean an aftermarket full hard-tail complete frame, or do you mean a stock Harley frame that some one else has hard-tailed?
@@bbc4dub aftermarket
@@lego9126 The main thing is Keeping a matching frame VIN to the title. The axle plates on the Krispy hard-tails have a better look than most aftermarket frames and kits I've seen. Made in U.S.A... Those are the points that sold me. 🤷♂
@@bbc4dub I mean some brands do offer cast axel plates a vin less frames not to mention this kit cost twice as much as the ones to hardtail say a shovel or sportster and buying it is only half the battle especially if you don’t have the fabrication skills
@@lego9126 Good points. Buying a shovel is getting harder and no-one truly prefers a sportster over a big twin. it just seems like a solid option even if it's a lil pricey upfront. One last reason you might go for the Krispy kit is to support a smaller company instead of giving your money to a lager company that already has a hold on the market. I might be biased being from northern California though.
Now i know what to dream of tonight
Hell yeah. CT Newman
I've used, vtwin, Voodoo fabrication and an old Hafliey Bros and Krispy Co is hands down the most user friendly hardtail kit. Glad to see yall back on CZcams, but who is Sam 😅
the song is Telephone Line by Electric Light Orchestra
When will we see a video for your big twin Evo hardtail?
This is Austin and I'm literally putting it together right now! Stay tuned.
I need this @@krispyco from what I can see, probably one of the most innovative on the market...
