Do you have any bikes for sale by chance? Been looking around for a decent shovelhead chopper others would be a potential too for sure. Cheers from California 🍻
Dude!!! Hell Yeah!!! Good Job!!! Thank you first for supporting us and buying our products and 2nd making an install video! Super flattered and beside myself to see something we made in another builders video. Thanks again brother for the support and can't wait to see the rest of this build unfold.
Hell yeah man!!!!! You guys just keep cranking out those amazing products man. Helps small backyard shops like me keep on making these choppers. FYI I love yalls channel man
@@hippieschoppercornerhell ya Hip Dawg !!!!! Next thing you know, you'll be having a sit down at Krispy Co. world headquarters. You'll be the center of attention on a podcast with your chop sitting there in the foreground. Absolutely bitchin !!!!!! That hardtail looks like a damn nice peice. Nothin like having those cast connectors where they are supposed to be. I been wanting to do this for years. I have 2 softails sitting here just for that reason. I have never been able get anyone to weld for me. I am definitely not a welder. I have no problem take things apart and putting thing together. I have no problem cutting things up. But, I just am not a welder.
Whats up Hippie been catching up on all your videos, love seeing the old school bikes and the ways. Ride on from Tater Tyler Alcorn in KY c'mon. You think about getting some shirts made? If you do id like to get one from you!
I enjoyed that a lot never watched a Softail get chopped very cool I'm not quite ready to cut the arse end off my 82 fxs but very good content keep it coming 😊
Great video Hippie I would love to hardtail an Evo springer softail for my next project. You give me confidence that I could do it. Kristy Co. definitely looks like the way to go. Hey bud where can I go to get one of your Shovelhead t-shirts. Do you have a website that sells your swag? Thanks buddy row you take care and ride safe.
I just picked up a load there in Dickson. There at Onward. Fueled at the Pilot and left. If I had more time, I would have hit you up. Great video. Cheers
@hippieschoppercorner I was thinking that the next time you and slick get together. Ya'll could do a Rebel meets Rebel. Where you cross flag poles. Just an idea. Cheers
You got this job down 100% improvement over the stock frame 👍, I guess you will be using the stock 5 speed, oil tank & electric start ? How about the stock belt ? I wonder if you could throw in a shovel with a 4 speed ? Do you think you could splice in an upper seat post & run a pogo stick ? My wheels are turning & I got a lot of questions lol Decent Evo FXSTs are available for 3 grand around me
You can put a 4speed rachet top in but you'd have to buy a different transmission plate. Krispy Co actually makes one. I've already got 3 kick only chops so I'm keeping the electric start on this one
Get some3/16 🎉Bass rod or 5/32 Bass Rod and a Box of uncected Borax for you be ready to Rock n Roll . If You Have a hard time welding start. Then Hippie can You Solder ? Lotta Bike frames were built lotta chops were Solded together its a thought.

Yeah i saw lnspltblvd video. It was a good. Krispy actually commented on my video and put a link to it on there Instagram, and I actually have a Rode Mic but forgot to bring it 😅🤣🤣🤣
I don't really want to sound like an idiot. And I'm learnin something new here, but when you drill those holes. Do you also peg the holes and frame itself when you go in and weld up the frame itself, or do you just weld in the rosette holes to the new frame and use it that way, i've seen it both ways.
I have a 97 FXDL, with the evo, I’d love to make it a chopper but I don’t see many dyna’s used to make one. Maybe I’m just not knowledgeable in this area. Would a DYNA be good to convert?
You said you’re sketchy but you want to be safe as you pick up a grinder without a guard go ahead and Google grinder wheels exploding you’ll put that guard right back on there
@Yo-mamashouse the Krispy Co allows you to keep more of the original frame and it's 100% made in the USA. Vtwin is Tiwan Ted and an inferior product as far as fitment
Thanks for watching everyone
That’s a good quality frame

I could swear Krispy registers the top tube before the bottom tubes
You may be correct
I think so to by putting top tube in first and slugs not welded on bottom you can slip seatube in then the bottom tubes

I'm not sure yet
Why didn't you tack weld them bottom tubes so that they don't fly all to hell on you while you got that top tube situated?
No need to. Wanted to be sure I was squre before any welding. The problem was, I wasn't holding my mouth correctly 🤣🤣🤣🤣
