Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

I am watching this to motivate myself as i rejoin the gym next month post knee and ankle injury. Frankly my knee still hurts a bit but as Chris said the more you try to rest it the more sore it feels. So hopefully i can ease into it as chris is doing.

@@PUR3FIR it does out pressure hut not as bad. a proper stretching is necessary to relax the muscles. Most of my back aches come along with the back muscle soreness (due to previous soccer injury).
Legs are the easiest for me being a cyclist for 40 years there just use to pain
