Be flat out and say Maye is waaaaay young in progression. Potential? Sure. However, not immediately. Starting Milton would be the most football literate thing to do.

Maye would get the nod only because he was a high draft pick and why not use his privilege. However, not to say Maye doesn't have potential, what I'm saying is that Milton is better right out the box.

But Drake Maye is going to get more opportunities because of his draft position, plus since he's younger he has more room to grow, should've clarified. Both got clear work to-do regarding their pocket present as both QBs have horrible footwork under pressure. Milton has a slight advantage in terms of mobility in the pocket. But Maye is better at going to his second and third reads.
