Thanks for the video. We are just putting up our fence/gates and I found your video. We are going to use the horizontal braces in addition to the diagonal brace. Would you be willing to share what hardware you used to attach your gate? It looks like the same gate we are installing on t-posts and we are trying to decide how to attach it.
Hey Bonnie! I used the Wedge Loc Gate Hinges for this gate, along with two others. I ordered all of my materials through animal health express.com, Item # WLCEP110. I found them to be the most affordable and they had everything I needed. I will say.. for all 3 gates (all tubular metal) I had to grind edges off on all of the hinge kits. I believe they’re recommended to use on galvanized gates… not tubular. The corners on the two pieces that hold the pin prevented the gate from swinging open all the way. After grinding down… worked like a charm. I would suggest using 7 ft T Post to hang the gate on!
