4:51 "Stabilization is not there" LOL!!! Turn on Action Camera mode & Image Stabilization. This is one of the best Stabilization I've ever seen. I recorded a small clip while riding on freeway. Phone was shaking then. But this has some kind of AI stabilizer. It keeps the car in front of me right on the center of the screen. Amazing!
I've had this phone for 2 months and I disagree with everything this guy says the stylus works absolutely flawless with no lag at allI had the Samsung 820 and the a21 and the camera on this camera blows those out of the water this guy talks about this phone like if you was forced to say bad things about..it.. your reviews are untrue and misleading do something else for....work...
The problem with these reviewers is that they test high-end phones, and when you test iPhones or Google pixel, the rest of phones looks crap. They're not objetive.
I am also inpressed with MOTO G Phones for the money. Originally a MOTO V400, MOTO FLIP then The IPhones up to number 4 over to Galaxy Note series up until Note 8 after seeing budget phones for far less money from Motorola I started with the G5 and kept for 2 years until the G7 and still rocking the G7 which I paid Less then $100 with Sale prices. Almost Stock Android 10 and who doesn’t love Moto’s Gesture features and 1 button navigation. The phone is a tad heavy but it’s also built very well. And is very slippery and shiny. First phone I needed a case for due to it sliding out of my hand and finger prints on the back. But it’s a pretty phone. Save your money People. Take a vacation or put towards a house instead of changing high end phones every year
I absolutely hate it when people praise the speaker quality on a smartphone but couldn't put it to test in the review. How hard is it to put a 10 sec clip in the video?
Because you're probably watching on a different phone, there for, you won't hear the speakers on the Moto G stylus, but instead the speakers on YOUR phone
What I am saying is. It is not possible to get a clear audio test on a video, because you don't have the same speakers that the Moto G stylus would have. So by listening to it on the video, your own speakers will affect the noise, therefore rendering the clip useless
@@jaythulin3990 I got what you were saying. My point being it doesn't necessarily has to be listened on a speaker phone. And to get audio details, I always prefer earphones.
Let me give you all a point of advice, when you get this phone turn off the swipe to split screen mode. It won't freeze anymore and the phone's performance will significantly improve. For some reason it's a bug with the split screen

I am planning to propose to her in August on her birthday when I visit her in her home town. I've had this phone for a few months now and the review really gives it a bad rep there's plenty of storage, the screen is fine, the battery life is great, charging is great, and the speakers are amazing the only major flaws I've found is there's no palm restriction there isn't a notification light either but it doesn't bother me much because the screen lights when you get a notification I seen some complaining about not being able to move apps to an sd card but that's never bothered me with any phone's being that certain apps I don't keep for long if I don't use em as much or get bored with em hopefully they come out with another version with a notification light and palm restriction I'd get it
I have this phone... For Moving photos. Etc to an Sd Card, just go to Your settings... Mine asked Me where to store it... Google play has apps That make it easy to have specs that A phone may not have...
@@kenyareed7668 Security is great to me the only problem I've been noticing besides the palm restriction and no notification light is the pen size and pen security when being put back I was fine with it at first but it is on the skinny side and I noticed if I dropped the phone even on carpet the pen would pop out and there's a certain way you have to turn it for it to go in I never had that problem with my lg stylo

Ive had this phone for a bout 3 months now. Before it, I came from a Galaxy S8 and then Huawei Honor. This phone is amazing. No bloatware(which is why i feel Samsung needs all that memory in every aspect). Im an artist and use this phone as my drawing pad. It works great. You do need to know that if you get a tempered glass screen protector put it on correctly, It will affect the accuracy of the Stylus. Its not a smart stylus but it is a nice metal mesh one. Besides that, plays music amazingly. The Camera takes great pictures. Call of duty Mobile runs on medium settings and smooth. screen is clear and bright. A lot of cases to choose from. My GF has a note 20, its better. but not $600 better. This phone is a great buy. Plus the new gestures are cool, Shake the phone for flashlight, twist it for camera. It makes life a lot easier. People tend to compare these phones to flagship and give them bad reps. Of course theyre not going to compare, they are $700 more.
Moto g stylus is a good phone for cheap price I have it because the phone I bought online didn't come unlocked so had to settle with this and I'm surprised I wasn't ripped off it was a pretty good phone
I love my moto g stylus. It's an awesome phone. I love the dual speakers, the display is nice and the battery life is crazy. I find myself using the stylus alot more then I thought. The camera 📸 is good too. Love the 48 camera and that I can do 4k.

I got an iPhone 11 and it was problematic from day one so I returned it and got the Motorola g stylus... This phone is a breeze, I absolutely love it ... I'm glad I got this phone !!! Works well and all. Would defo recommend

You can get one of these with a PS5 and Switch (assuming PS5 digital will be $400) for the same price as a Note 20 (the plastic 60hz one). I've always been a fan of the $200-$300 range of smartphones for this reason and generally this is how I try to explain why a $1000 smartphone is ludicrious - is it better to have a very nice phone or have a good phone and other electronics for the price difference? I suppose that is up to the individual but I'm taking the latter. Phone + laptop, phone + game console, phone + gaming desktop - there's a lot of combinations you can do here.

A 1660 super+Ryzen 5 3600 PC with 16gb of ram can be put together for around $650 or so before adding windows, KB/M and WiFi. I wouldn't recommend doing it right now, but this pricepoint has been consistent for awhile now. For many years you could get into PC gaming for like $600.

Love it first motorola since chiro phones and am pleased. was worried about screen quality *not oled or amoled* but it's solid!! bright enough to see in the sun. Sound...can't believe the volume! And the fact the sound comes from the ear piece as you stated is what really makes it great and also being tuned by dolby. They did great ! Will say it does get a bit distorted at max volume . Think I'm glad I went moto and not lg stylo 6. Only phone id personally take over it would be spending a bit more for the samsung A51
The galaxy a51 unlocked is $400 and the pixel 4a is $350. Considering the phone you are reviewing is $300 the pixel 4a is much closer, but the screen is much smaller though.
I have one, everything is great but I have one issue with the software mainly with the fact that when you're on the internet you can't go back to a previous page, you have to close the page or make a new one

I'm going to let you all in on something if you have this phone and it's slowing down turn off the split screen mode and it will run much better. I know that sounds crazy but for some reason that was slowing the phone down and causing lags but when I turned it off it works perfectly now

I have this phone right now and it is very smooth very fast and quick and I have no issues with it except spotty signal and slow LTE data. That's not Motorola fault that's Metro by T-Mobile fault. Even when I have 5 bars the LTE is slower than dial up..

You can take ultra wide photos while taking video, if you turn on the image stabilization for video it works quite well. Stabilization is there if you turn it on....tested this many times
This phone does feel really smooth and plays games really well with high speed, it's hard to find other art apps with pressure sensitivity but if you do it's amazing

Recently got this phone through my cellular service. It was cheap. Works great! It charges EXTREMELY fast. I have never had a phone charge this quickly. I only use the stylus when doing screen shots. I got it because it takes really good pictures for my reselling business. The thumb print works pretty good, but when you have it in a protective case, it is kind of a pain in the ass. I will agree that the phone can be a little slow sometimes. The speakers, for their size, play REALLY well. It gives you that movie theater effect.
If you are looking for a phone that allows you to move apps to SD then steer clear of this phone. It has good sound and a beast of a battery. The trade off is the ability to move apps is no longer an option.
What I don't understand is why some people go from one phone brand to another and think that they are all supposed to work exactly the same. I've used Nokia Windows, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Umidigi, LG(favorite) and they all have their different quirks. They each have something that the others may not have. This is what makes them different.🤷♀️ You just have to figure out which one works best for you and your bank account. I won an Umidigi last year and I'm glad I didn't buy it. It has too many quirks for me. Although it has specs similar to an Apple X I found things with the OS that made me want to throw it against a wall a couple of times. I gave it two months use and put back in the box and went back to using my LG K50. My Moto G7 Power even works a lot better. The only things I didn't like about it where the screens were not all dark in Dark Mode and that google crap on it for gallery and music sucks. I'm going to miss using LG phones since they are not going to be making them anymore. I recently ordered the G Stylus and am hoping it works as good as my LG Stylo 4+.
The Moto G Stylus (2020) has the dual stereo, which is absolutely amazing. It's the whole reason I bought the phone. Unfortunately, I don't think that the latest one has that. Matter of fact, I enjoy the sound from the Moto G stylus better than I do from the Samsung s20 Plus.
I have been using it for the past 1.3 years . I hate the battery. With time the battery capacity degrated to 85 percent . It lasts me for only 3-4 hours. I really don't know how . Considering I have no social media in my phone. I just see CZcams that's all

Moto g stylus is good especially the camera but it depends on the weather conditions in your area. Am experiencing everything you said. For 4 months now no worries at all.
Honestly still going to be better than my current phone. My current phone if I turn it off won't send or receive calls and texts for nearly a week. And I mostly need my phone so I can contact my mother as she works a lot of overtime and we need to be able to reach each other. My current phones problem is getting in the way of the entire reason I have a phone in the first place. Luckily my mom is getting me a new phone ( the moto g stylus) for my birthday so I won't have to deal with that anymore. Though I will keep your critics in mind thank you very much for the video. It lags a bit, noticeably slower than my old phone. BUT my old phone was $800 more expensive. Definitely wouldn't pay $800 more to speed it up a bit. Amazing phone for the price.
The colors are actually amazing. What are you comparing it to? The battery is amazing. I'm upgrading the phone from LGK20 in 2021 to this phone. The salesman let me see the phone side by side. I have a moto g 7... still in good condition...I just buy the moto g power... it's a great phone ... longer battery...but if you like the pen...you have to get stylus...but they're both great...just the pen difference....
Hi, my G stylus has a feature that when the phone is not bring used, the screen turns one to display the clock and then goes back to sleep mode. It does this once every few minutes. Is there a way to disable this feature? It's annoying when I drive at night. Thanks

This phone is a disappoinment. Advertised as 48MP camera but only 12 on the rear, 16 front. No true screen mirroring app. If you're used to "Smart Screen" this phone will make you cry. You have to thumb through all the running apps before you get to the option of "close all." No icon for "Location." Had to reboot because of dead end page with no back arrow or swipe option a few times.
If you have a Motorola g stylus 2020 get this PNY 64GB elite x sd you will see how will work flawless I got this card for 3 days ago my phone works better than it before
I got mine today I love it so far! Please don't waste your time on the Galaxy A11 or A21 I had them both at first and about a week and a half after getting them brand new not used they quit sending and receiving calls or text. gaming desktop is a bit of a reach. under 750 on a pc really cuts down potential

The galaxy a51 unlocked is $400 and the pixel 4a is $350. Considering the phone you are reviewing is $300 the pixel 4a is much closer, but the screen is much smaller though.

I have one, everything is great but I have one issue with the software mainly with the fact that when you're on the internet you can't go back to a previous page, you have to close the page or make a new one
I got this phone and this phone is absolutely amazing beautiful screen and so on I have no complaints about this phone so whoever is looking for a great pH yes please buy the moto g stylus 2020 and u will not be disappointed at all so don't believe what you hear in all reviews
About the stylus. I am an artist. I use sketchbook software. I experience no latency. Other than that I enjoyed the review.
You can get also the Mi 9 Lite with an hdr10 1080p AMOLED display

I disagree, the A51 is a great phone. Good battery, decent screen, great camera, and just an overall great phone.
I'm going to let you all in on something if you have this phone and it's slowing down turn off the split screen mode and it will run much better. I know that sounds crazy but for some reason that was slowing the phone down and causing lags but when I turned it off it works perfectly now

I have this phone right now and it is very smooth very fast and quick and I have no issues with it except spotty signal and slow LTE data. That's not Motorola fault that's Metro by T-Mobile fault. Even when I have 5 bars the LTE is slower than dial up..

You can take ultra wide photos while taking video, if you turn on the image stabilization for video it works quite well. Stabilization is there if you turn it on....tested this many times
This phone does feel really smooth and plays games really well with high speed, it's hard to find other art apps with pressure sensitivity but if you do it's amazing

Recently got this phone through my cellular service. It was cheap. Works great! It charges EXTREMELY fast. I have never had a phone charge this quickly. I only use the stylus when doing screen shots. I got it because it takes really good pictures for my reselling business. The thumb print works pretty good, but when you have it in a protective case, it is kind of a pain in the ass. I will agree that the phone can be a little slow sometimes. The speakers, for their size, play REALLY well. It gives you that movie theater effect.
Thank you for covering the palm rejection bit! It seems hard to google the stylus aspect as the phone itself is kind-of called stylus.
If you are looking for a phone that allows you to move apps to SD then steer clear of this phone. It has good sound and a beast of a battery. The trade off is the ability to move apps is no longer an option.
What I don't understand is why some people go from one phone brand to another and think that they are all supposed to work exactly the same. I've used Nokia Windows, Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Umidigi, LG(favorite) and they all have their different quirks. They each have something that the others may not have. This is what makes them different.🤷♀️ You just have to figure out which one works best for you and your bank account. I won an Umidigi last year and I'm glad I didn't buy it. It has too many quirks for me. Although it has specs similar to an Apple X I found things with the OS that made me want to throw it against a wall a couple of times. I gave it two months use and put back in the box and went back to using my LG K50. My Moto G7 Power even works a lot better. The only things I didn't like about it where the screens were not all dark in Dark Mode and that google crap on it for gallery and music sucks. I'm going to miss using LG phones since they are not going to be making them anymore. I recently ordered the G Stylus and am hoping it works as good as my LG Stylo 4+.

The Moto G Stylus (2020) has the dual stereo, which is absolutely amazing. It's the whole reason I bought the phone. Unfortunately, I don't think that the latest one has that. Matter of fact, I enjoy the sound from the Moto G stylus better than I do from the Samsung s20 Plus.
I have been using it for the past 1.3 years . I hate the battery. With time the battery capacity degrated to 85 percent . It lasts me for only 3-4 hours. I really don't know how . Considering I have no social media in my phone. I just see CZcams that's all

Honestly still going to be better than my current phone. My current phone if I turn it off won't send or receive calls and texts for nearly a week. And I mostly need my phone so I can contact my mother as she works a lot of overtime and we need to be able to reach each other. My current phones problem is getting in the way of the entire reason I have a phone in the first place. Luckily my mom is getting me a new phone ( the moto g stylus) for my birthday so I won't have to deal with that anymore. Though I will keep your critics in mind thank you very much for the video.

ON THE G7 POWER RECORDING AND 1080 60 FRAMES IS THE BEST VS THE SHAKY 4K.

@@1emvicious okay lets do the math $60+$20 activation fee is $80 & tax should be %6 from the phones original price which for these types of phones they range from $8-$14 but even that doesnt equal $100 they may have overcharged u a bit more dude. Unless they gave you a case for $100 total.

But then i felt bad for making a whole scene cus i ended up cracking tf out of my new moto phone within like 2 or 3 days of having it. It lags a bit, noticeably slower than my old phone. BUT my old phone was $800 more expensive. Definitely wouldn't pay $800 more to speed it up a bit. Amazing phone for the price.

I got this phone a few weeks ago and I hate it. It's heavy and it constantly freezes up. Sometimes it won't even let me make a phone call. Took it back to the store got a new one it's the same crap.

Hi, my G stylus has a feature that when the phone is not bring used, the screen turns one to display the clock and then goes back to sleep mode. It does this once every few minutes. Is there a way to disable this feature? It's annoying when I drive at night. Thanks

The stylus does easily slide in a you can feel a click but you just slide it out easily
This phone is a disappoinment. Advertised as 48MP camera but only 12 on the rear, 16 front. No true screen mirroring app. If you're used to "Smart Screen" this phone will make you cry. You have to thumb through all the running apps before you get to the option of "close all." No icon for "Location." Had to reboot because of dead end page with no back arrow or swipe option a few times.

I got mine today I love it so far! Please don't waste your time on the Galaxy A11 or A21 I had them both at first and about a week and a half after getting them brand new not used they quit sending and receiving calls or text. I got lucky and instead of giving me a new one of the same kind they give me this one. Does anyone know how to get to the coloring thing
