Damn I think we’re not too far away from seeing the actual “battle use mobile suit/exoskeleton”
If you're talking about seeing exo-suits in the military then no, even with an exo on a shot to the head is gonna knock you out unless it's a low power round and if you're knocked out you're then an unbelievable expensive piece of hardware that needs to be extracted or destroyed meaning a squad or a vehicle or possibly both will be needed to get you out if they choose to extract or you lose your life so the enemy can't capture and study the exo. To even attempt to make an exo worth the cost you'd need the most skilled soldiers ever and even then itd be hard to say whether its worth the cost

Imagine this whole time since Japan has been out of war all these years and behind the scenes they could be making exo suits like the one in this short video. Like imagine you walking down Tokyo and then you see an army of soldiers in these gundam mech suits. Honestly that would be cool as well as their military having giant size gundams of their own.

a good idea would be to use one of those exosuits used for enhancing lift strength and building the gundam on top of it, so you actually become stronger when you use it
