I have not heard this before and it makes so much sense to me today u blow my mind CONSTANTLY because I REALLY am free of my anxiety and fear and sadness and the future of my DAUGHTER Jessica and my grandchildren but not my addiction or the man who Got put in my life for the season of the loss of my DAUGHTER STEPHANIE Lynn Murphy. ITS NOT OVER.!!!! BUT I AM GOING TO WAIT FOR HIM AS LONG AS I HAVE TO. I HAVE BUILT TRUST THROUGH HIM AS HE WALKED THROUGH THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH. HE PROTECTED ME EVEN WHEN I WAS DOING WRONG.
I am in a drug and alcohol rehab, but i feel free!!!! God is changing my heart and spirit. Thank you Pastor Steve for the words and the teachings!

I myself was in a drug and alcohol rehab, less than a month ago and God told me No that he wouldn't take my addiction from me but I could give it to him so yes God did allow me to give him my addiction I prayed to be more like him and to free me from myself God decreased my situations and gave me the courage to totally commit my life and will to him and when I totally submitted to God he freed me from myself and all this is because God told me no he wouldn't take my addiction but he did free me from my prison to myself and I truly believe that God will use the addiction I went through to his glory he a has left this thorn in me to remember where he's brought me from
I'm not asking God to decrease my conflict, but to increase my courage! So good!

One of my favorite Steven Furtick quotes is, “99.9999973% of the things you are worrying about do not matter!” Worry is useless. God’s got it and you are not a slave to fear.
This message so impacted me today. I was the sole caregiver for my husband of 20-1/2 years who battled metastatic prostate cancer from 4/28/12 until he died in my arms on 4/29/16. I was so angry with God for not healing my husband of the cancer, however today it was revealed to me through this message that God healed me spiritually from my insecurity, fear and doubts about being able to fulfill God’s call on my life. Today I walk in the newness of God’s light, strength and power to go forward and be all He has planned for me in this earthly lifetime, praising his Holy name all the way.
This sermon hit me deeply. I have been praying, and I received a harsh no from God. Today, I started rebeling against God. After praying with more confusion and anger, I saw this sermon on my "watch later" playlist. Now, I know why God has said no. It's because He has a much different purpose for me. The details will unfold as my obedience does. I will praise the Lord right now with my "no" just as I have in the past with my "yes".
Yazmin M. Amen! I have had the same situation. I used to have such a hard time fully trusting in His plan, especially when it didn't match my own and I was going through hell. But once I learned to trust Him, through praying about exactly that, my prayers changed to asking Him for His will instead of mine. For asking for Him to illuminate my next steps when I'm lost instead of whatever specific thing I THINK will make me happy. And He has come through EVERY TIME. Try it! God bless you and good luck!
I feel exactly like this for some months now... angry, stubborn and filled with why's. Trying to trust God because I know he knows best but the feeling is a challenging one.... I hope things are clear for you now...

Pastor Steve I don't have the words to express how I much your prestation make so much sense and just over and over lifts ones soirit when. Nothing else seems too at times just in the last couple mounths I have I ever even heard of your ministry. I am very thankful for your dedication to our father. So many times we become guilty of blaming the devil or "maybe God dosn't want me to have it"! BE STILL and LISTEN, God is saying no because he has a plan! Praise him the NO's and YES'!
God, set me free from ME!!! Man that stirred up something in my soul! I AM sick of myself! I AM my worse enemy!! Why?! I put things in my own head to stir up anger and rage in me. No one is against me but myself. I'm creating tension over things that are small, things that are forgotten. I need to be delivered from myself! Help me Jesus!!!!

"God is more concerned about your Spirit than your scenery." Paul was free even when he was shackled. Get yourself better because "it" may not get better in your life. God will set you free from you. Release from yourself the prison of resentment, blame, etc. God started and will finish a good work in you. "Divine empowerment often leads to human initiative." "God will put the right people in your life for the season you are in." "Sometimes, when God says no, it's because there is a greater opportunity that I don't know about yet." "God is with you in the no just like He is with you in the yes. He is a good Father." "Sometimes you have to bypass your plans to get to God's purpose." "If God will not remove the obstacle, then He will give you the grace to overcome it." Don't quit trying to be better. Don't go back to your old ways. God will never quit on you if you don't quit on him first. What will you miss out on if you are disappointed in God's no and quit and go home? I have so much anxiety and I think so much negative and I just pray to God to unleash all the pain and confusment away. I ask God to whipe me clean and continue to become stronger... Its a difficult path and Nothing is difficult for the lord. God give me strength. Please followers pray for me

So I’ve listened to a hundred plus sermons from elevation, and have had the Holy Spirit communicate to me every time, now the kid used as a prop with chains looked just like me when I was a child… so crazy how powerful and strategic our good Father is! But He will give you a greater opportunity to reach for; he knows what's ahead in the opportunity that you want to do, so He gives you something greater that will cause you to make a greater difference, a greater impact in the lives of people and communities He needs you (only you) to reach. So, in the end when you look back on that greater opportunity, you'll know that no other opportunity greater than God's opportunity could've come your way. No other!

I am so thankful for this message. I woke up at 5 am and by accident for me, but not for HIM, I listened and you know, it was exactly what our Lord was trying to tell me all along. I knew it, but tried to, what is expected of me I want to do, what AAbba Father is working in my life for me. Jeremiah 29:11. I can only say:"Precious Holy Spirit lead me, make me willing to be willing to be who You want me to be" I love Abba Father, our Precious Holy Spirit, who always shows me our wonderful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!!!!!!!

I've had a job change due to a brain tumor I had. It was removed in surgery then I was back to work as normal a year later only to lose it for good 8 years later. Was put in a different position at same company making less money but much more time with my kids. It was truly a blessing in disguise because God knows I love my family and really appreciate being able to spend time with them. Before I felt like I lived at work so it was a testimony to how God gives you the desires of your heart when seeking Him. Sometimes they come in unusual ways obviously. Praise God for His faithfulness to me in my life and I'm thankful to be here robed in His righteousness. It's been 12 years now since the surgery. I could have been gone and never seen my 4 year old or my 4 month old girls grow up as now one is 14 and other 18. Wow time flies! Praise Him for His mercies are new everyday!!🙇♂️

God always says No to me, I relate most to Paul in the Bible because of his wishes and struggles. I acknowledge God all the time, it's not easy at all but I know he loves me and wants what is best for me.
This was so on time. All year long I've been seeking a new job. Been on countless interviews, second interviews, taken assessments, etc. only to be told "no" over and over again. I couldn't understand it and gave up by summer. This job was my main goal for the year. Earlier this month though, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, "there's still time; don't you give up!" I've been intentional on stepping out on faith and applying for everything I'm interested in this month despite if I feel I'm qualified or not. "God doesn't call the qualified; He qualifies the called!" God, I trust you! Thank you for this message! Blessings!

This message reminds me that I am placed where he wants me to be and I must continue to stand be strong and watch for God's instructions, not quit 'cause it gets hard or strange.
