This is my testimony. This video was uploaded 2 years ago, but just yesterday 12/1/20, I was laying in my bed, crying into my pillow, and talking to God. This may sound insignificant and common, but to me it meant the world. God showed me mercy and spoke to me through this video. Now, that is beautiful and I am so grateful to the Lord for loving me as He does. For being by side when the wind has been against me. I thank the Lord for using Pastor Furtick as He does, and thank you Pastor Furtick for being loyal to the Lord. May God continue to bless you.

My stomach accident ly got clean out I need ginger ale and sympathy prayers I need to leave my apartment for first time in days I need help cleaning it up to o ineed friends so I won't be down and isolated I need All weather proof in my closet tomorrow with out worry there is black mold in it. I hope he comes early it's five am I m still up prayers for my mental health.
People resources are didn't exist I had social worker addinhbed where is she I need hormones balance at my age prayers

Not me but I have a friend who was in very bad shape suffering from addiction and other things. I sent prayer request and I prayed for him many times. He is back into rehab for a while now and they said he looks so much better. Thank you Jesus again for your help when we are in need.

I am in such a storm right now, and this is just what I needed to hear today. Being reminded that I am significant and my brokenness at the moment serves a much bigger purpose.
Stay in the storm, GOD spoke, and JESUS my SAVIOR walks on water and is in control of the storms, so I need not fear. Not going to smell like smoke. JESUS calms my storms, JESUS came to me in my storm. I am praising HIM for getting in🙏🌼🙏❤🙏Not that I love GOD but that HE loves me.
“The wind was against the disciples because they went with God’s command.” The easy road won’t change you or grow you because it’s too easy. The other way or road less traveled is hard and uncomfortable but the destination is the same as the easy road so why take the hard road? It’s not the destination or expectations that matter it’s the journey and experience of going through it. That’s what I got out of this.

I have “Significance” as a Top strength based on Gallup CliftonStrengths… it has always been in my heart to naturally make a big impact. I have tied it to my purpose, but after this sermon I have realized that I have to tie it to Jesus’s purpose used through me. I often feel the need to be defined by people, and this message has just reminded me of how Christ wants me to be significant. I stepped out of the boat and it was horrible. I often behave like Peter, but through Christ grace, He is filling in the gaps in His time. Thank you Pastor Steven, I was at such a low place, but now I don’t smell the smoke! Keep making these impacts! A year ago, I felt that God gave me a new name “Percy” & “Veres” = Percyveres. And this sermon reminded me to allow Jesus into my boat! Giving direction!

Hardships are significant.
Don't tell them when i got outside the boat. Tell them what happened when Jesus got in the boat.
Sometimes wind needs to be against us in order to prove the presence of God.
Mere presence of God is more than enough.

I wish I had the words to express how this lines up with one of the hardest times in my life. A couple different words from God I got but I hurt so bad that I couldn't see it then. I finally got part of it before but today, years later I finally understand.

This helped me with my personal Bible Study so much. I am reading the Bible with so much better understanding because of this. I also see that the differences from different books is not because of contradiction, but rather different perspective from different disciple. I love the word of God so much. It keeps me humble and prepare me to stay in the storm knowing God is with me.

Love is amazing. The knowledge we find in love isn't a materialistic knowledge but rather a knowledge of who we truly are meant to be as people. And Jesus taught us how to love in the fullest 😊
Man this word is right on time! Often we don’t know the significance of the season we are in and we give up, but if we hold on a little while longer, and remember the words even if GOD doesn’t do it he’s done more than enough or he’s able, that will be enough to ensure that we endure to receive what GOD has for us!!

Nope never got easier. Only stronger more able to stand on the word and have victory with Christ. I was that parent. There for every event. Watched my loving smart beautiful talented daughter grow into this amazing strong young women. I watched Jesus pursue and rescue Michaela. But I never expected her to die before me. As long as i breathe i will smell like a grieving mother. Sinking 😢

Its interesting that what Ps Steven mentioned that where Jesus said to Peter get behind me satan. Its so interesting, that the devil tried by working through Peter, whom Jesus called the rock to " stop" or to encourage Jesus not to proceed to die for the world, how much more harder will he not work, and spread challenges before us, so that we might lose focus. But thank you Jesus for getting into our boat and bringing us peace with your prence. God is amazing ❤️
