I like the pomegranate idea and would try it ;)
But 1:11 and 1:54 is roughly chopped for me ;>
One more thing: is some plastic wrap cover (in contact with guac) do the same as water (and is not messy)?

Plastic wrap would somewhat do the same but a lot of people now a days want to use it less and personally I like it in cold water. If you press it before you add water it won’t be messy. A little bit of foggy water can easily be discarded. Thank you for your feedback though! I love to get questions about my videos.
