Don't pay for services where you don't own the games. đđđ
I stay with on my Ds instead, I have the original Mario& Luigi inside story and crash bandicoot Racing.
SAME
Just as well Delta is free on iPhone then đđ
@@marksapollo or iPads
I wouldâve defended Nintedo when the online service was release but after YEARS and us STILL NOT HAVING GAMECUBE GAMES i can confidently agree with you in fact id go to say that it is a scam
If games isnât owning piracy isnât theft
wtf
Real talk if ubisoft deletes more games from my libarary i totaly rage quit... you pay and you loose i totaly understand why people rip the games rather then buying them with these big companys shit moves everytime
@@XiTSlash why wtf? Iz is totaly resonable
â@@PassivPsychosen I have to assume it's a Nintendog trying to lick the boots of its cruel masters. But maybe they're just confused I could stand corrected.
â@@PassivPsychosenalthough it might be the second as I think the og poster messed up the phrase.
I believe it is: "If buying isn't owning then piracy isn't stealing"
Nintendo is seriously missing out. If they put out their own emulator with all their games and sold them on the apple and google playstore it would be a win for everyone. They would make lots of money and we would have lots of games.
Or put the whole Nintendo all Nintendo games and console on the switch or switch 2
@@kingdomheartsgamer8771 or do it on Switch and Switch 2
My thoughts exactly! People would absolutely pay, just to not have to go find the ROM.
Nintendoâs games should stay In Nintendo consoles at least as far as their current console and next console but i donât see an issue with their old stuff.
@@Adamtendo_player_1exactly switch games they can keep for now but once that switch stops getting support weâll get that as a emulator as well đ
Emulators are not illegal. Also, don't be a Nintendo snitch.
He wants you to pay Nintendo for overpriced remakes or very old games. He probably has shares in. Nintendo.
@@marksapollo You're probably right. Maybe Netflix too. Why would I want my NSO bill to be higher than it is with the addition of Netflix?? Dumb.
Nintendo Snitches get Nintendo Stitches.
@Infernal_Crusader Thatâs the thing that ticks me off. People donât realize when you pay for NSO youâre just renting the games like you said. You never truly own them.
Piracy is which is the main use of emulators
Nintendo needs to re-release games faster. Especially Pokemon for example, those physical prices drives a ton of people to look elsewhere.
heck they should've added the Pokemon games during Pokemon Day even if it wasn't them all at least do gen 3
They just love to gate keep us til we die of old age.
If Nintendo gave us the Gameboy games we wanted on switch, this wouldnât have happened
Happened a long time ago on android with much better options. Delta is a downgrade for iphone.
Five seconds into the video I ran to the App Store and downloaded it before Nintendo takes it away
They waited too long to add to their service and the market has spoken. If people want to play your games they will, and Nintendo has the option to add to their catalog as often as they want! Thereâs still NES games Iâm waiting on for Nintendo to add to NSO that they fully have the rights to! Itâs ridiculous and great for consumers overall.
I haven't played my online in months. I'm really thinking about cancelling it. It's not really worth it. I'd definitely play if they dropped a bunch of games that's actually a fantastic idea.
Unless they launch the GameCube for NSO, which would be saved for switch 2 online service
Yeah if the entire Nintendo catalog was available Iâd pay $40 for the subscription yearly and finally be pushed to buy a switch.
Ainât now way Iâm playing old PokĂ©mon on my phone before my switch!
I was wondering if/when you were going to talk about this new Nintendo game emulator. I already installed the Delta app and some SNES and N64 ROMs.
I agree, a larger catalog would absolutely dissuade piracy and emulation. Apple proved this with music; when iTunes launched, music piracy went down because anyone could buy any song they wanted instantly for $1. Another thing I want is one-off purchases though, like on the Wii and Wii U. I know many people will speak to the value of the NSO subscription, but it's a matter of actually owning the games on my terms. I went on a work trip recently and wanted to play Golden Sun on the flight home. When I got on the plane and booted up the GBA app, I was told I could not play anything until I connected to the internet. THAT'S why subscription-only is bad. (I was only gone for about a week too, not even that long before it needed to verify my subscription again) If I had the Delta emulator on my iPhone, that would have worked while the Switch would have not. Nintendo really needs to up their retro game situation, it feels like a step backwards from the Wii/3DS/Wii U era.
Come on Nintendo, anything pre Switch should be on there with our reasonable NSO fees. Common sense is what that is
Is dolphin also comming to the AppStore ?
I dont think so best you buy you an andoid, pc or steam deck for good emulation without to mich workarounds
I doubt they will let JIT be active for it.
Probably not because of jit unless someone can convince apple to make an exception for emulators.
Nintendo legally canât just put every single gameboy etc game on the switch. Emulation will always be superior because you can play ANYTHING you want. No nonsense and no waiting. Unfortunately game preservation will always be dog shit from any official perspective.
Real hardware will always trump emulation.
@@Adamtendo_player_1I agree but most people donât have old consoles or money for overpriced resellers.
I've never heard of Delta App ngl
Same I never heard about this before.
Understandable, you had to side load it before Apple updated their emulation on the App Store policy
I found it yesterday and wow Iâve been playing it more then my switch haha. You can connect your controllers to it from other systems which is cool.
The way I see it, if a company is no longer making games or porting games as old as the gba and ds/3ds games to newer consoles, or refuse to remaster old expensive games such as Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, I feel like almost all is fair depending on what gets emulated especially games that no longer has online service like the ds, and 3ds games.
Don't use emulators were losing money on games we don't even sell anymore- Nintendo
Certain amount of games, such as Zelda and Metroid, are heavily relying at tight controls like the L + R buttons and you canât do that via touch. The controller is highly recommended for you to play via original hardware.
I've used Delta before. I wish it had dsi support, tho
Still havenât figured out how to download the controller skins but loving the delta app đ„
I just realized, you've been uploading videos as it's been the Switch's 1st Anniversary!
I downloaded it and some Pokémon games
I got a handheld emulator and I barely touch my switch since I got it, but if I had access to this stuff on my switch even if I had to pay for a yearly subscription I wouldnât be looking for it elsewhere
I do have the Delta App. The only thing I may not know is how to install games on my phone. Is really going to be my 1st time learning how to emulate games on my phone and I donât have any experience with this. In my opinion, for Nintendo to get more backlog of classic games on their service, they would had to add more games from their 1st party lineup and the 3rd party lineup of games. Also, I would want to purchase those classic games again just like how the Virtual Console was. At least if you buy the digital version of the classic Nintendo games, you get the ownership of it. The only thing you play for the service is when you want to play online multiplayer games. If you have any retro systems like the NES or SNES and have the original copy of that game, you could still play it. I think that emulation is great because itâs a way to preserve games. Not many people wonât be able to access those games if any happens to Nintendoâs online services. Look what happened to the online services for Wii U and 3DS. Thereâs a lot of games that never made it to the Switch and many people wonât be able to buy these games anymore because the E-Shop on Wii U and 3DS is closed. I do hope that Nintendo doesnât find out about the Delta App.
You have to find a specific kind of game you are looking for from other sites that can let you download. Be aware that not every sites are equal and always go for the most reliable site to download ROMs. You need a separate file too in order to keep your downloads too.
Basically find the game youâre looking for online, you need to have a file app as well so you can transfer to the file app and then to delta. In the case of Nintendo ds games youâll need the game and 3 specific files to play them, for those you can just look up âNintendo bios filesâ. Just play around with it, itâs a lot easier then you think
I got the delta app. It runs amazing maybe even just as good if not better than the switch. Iâm running it on my 13 Pro Max currently and thereâs a bit of lag on the N64 side of things but itâs nothing they canât patch in the future. When nintendo makes NSO better then ill get the expansion pass
Is there a a free way to download the roms
Yes basicaly everywhere on the internet
Everywhere and let me tell you the catalogs are massive and getting skins for different âcontrollersâ are really cool
Yes , I'd subscribe to Nintendo online if they had a huge GB , GBC , GBA catalog. But for now , since I enjoy owning my games , I buy old physical carts , and play them on my Analog Pocket.
I do have the app, but I've just been playing homebrew games on it since they're legal.
Loser đđ
I just wish there was an iPad version of delta
There is đ€Šââ
I think emulating is okay if the games are like 2 console generations old
There are reasons why Nintendo won't put the Mainline Pokemon Games on the NSO. And all of them tie into multiple things: Cheating, cloning, and abusing the system. You'd see people using Restore Points to try to catch the Pokemon they want using as little Poké Balls as possible, or getting one with the stats they wanted, or using Restore points to clone Pokémon obtained in trades. To release those games on the NSO, Single-Player GB Mode would have to be disabled for them, and they would have to be Multiplayer Only!
Whats the link for the delta app
Also itâs on Google. CZcams wonât let me post it here.
It's in the app store. You can't miss it.
@Cyko.. nope, iama android, the only delta app I see is airlines đ
@@sdizzle562gmal4 đ”đđ That happened to me but then I typed Delta emulator and it popped up but it is for Apple only.
Somebody send me the link to emulatorsđđ»
Also, like you have to be online to play these games. You canât play their games offlineâŠ..if I remember correctly.
Idk why you compare this like emulators with way more options and console choices havent already existed on android. Once iphone has delta officially available every youtuber makes a big deal about it like its revolutionary lmao i mean if that choppy audio and graphical glitches delta has is comparable to nintendo switch online titles then maybe that makes sense.
I agree with everything you said. Itâs understandable why Nintendo doesnât want their games emulated, but their approach isnât making anything better. Clearly Nintendo porting over games have always been a popular thing that gets people excited. I still remember how hyped people would get back in the 3ds and Wii U days when some games like Mario RPG, Golden Sun, Punch Out Wii, Earthbound etc would get ported over. They are doing pretty good now, but then you have games like the gba PokĂ©mon games, many ds games, GC games and Wii games that they refuse to remaster or port over to Switch. Nobody wants to pay like 500-1000 dollars for PokĂ©mon HGSS or FE Path of Radiance. Also, image how much fun people would have with having games like Mario Kart Ds, Ds PokĂ©mon games, or a ported Smash Wii U and 3ds with online functionality again.
I never heard of about Delta App
looks like apple have a survival issue.
Charge us, just give us the games!
honestly deserved after they closed 3ds wii u eShop
hi Zach
i wanna bet.! nintendo has less retro or expansion subbers then delta is being used now by alot of people:) we have free emulators we have em on pc for ages
Why is Nintendo so scared of success?
Iâd rather play them on my phone , tbh can travel light this way
im all for emulation speacley for the older stuff newr stuff no
hi SwitchForce
Hi there switchForce
From trying it so far, I wasnât too impressed. For all you Delta fans, any tips for how to get good gameplay?
Nintendo should have just given us the vc shops from the wii/wii u which had a vastly superior collection of games
Nintendo has brought all of this on themselves. How many times have people bought Super Mario Bros 1-3? People would be happy to give them money for the umpteenth time but their classic catalog just isnât available anymore. I can understand going after the switch emulators since they are losing money on new releases but if a game is 10 plus years old, they made their money already. Me playing a rom/hack of a GBA PokĂ©mon game isnât costing them money. Even if all past consoles main games were on switch, Iâd still choose delta because my phone goes everywhere with me and fits in my pocket. The only pocket a switch fits into is old Jinco jeans
I Did but it don't work
Are these actually true they do look cool
I got my Nintendo 64 and I got 22 Nintendo 64 games can play them anytime I want without subscribing to their service you donât own these games
I only mod my pc games like when the Komai doesn't FIX MGS3 ON PC!!! I just want my game to be FINISHED AND DONE!!!
The problem is Nintendo is not just going after Switch piracy. They go after fans making art of their IPs. What a stupid thing to do, go after fans that love your games.
I'd rather emulate any day of the week. Higher res, higher fps, save states, mods, the list goes on and on of benefits. I'm also not a fan of paying for the same games I already own over and over at ridiculous prices. Nintendo is so greedy.
I'm not paying for NSO right now for this reason. It's boring right now.
Whoa whoa whoa, more games on the NSO apps? That's gonna be make people happy! We know how much Nintendo hates money!
As for your question at the end, YES. Its the reason i have NEVER owned a switch. Subscriptions? lol no thanks. Been tormenting since 2003, dvd and bluray collection physical collection is massive, barely watch new crap. Own 'most' of my favourite games, emulate other overs over systems using flash carts. Dont own a smart phone, HATE them (a billion apps i dont use or need games which are soulless and tech which provides me with nothing, flip phone or nothing if i were permitted, but agree with emulating on them because people seem to have no other choice as the video puts quite clearly. What Nintendo are doing with their old catalogue is disgusting... Finally ditched the oled too, crt is back, full frame movies whenever possible, no need for television, zero worthwhile programs and news is far more varied on the internet anyway 'if you look'.
Didnât Apple take it down?
think you're thinking of the iGBA ripoff that wasn't honoring the GPL license of the code it built on top of (and injected ads into)
Delta has been out for years the only reason why people are talking about it is because Apple updated their App Store policy.
No itâs not the only reason. A lot of people arenât nerds like you who knew about Delta before it became popular.
@@Cyko.. Yes, a lot probably people didnât know about it mainly because you had jump through a lot of hoops before Apple updated their policy, I imagine even the ones that knew about it didnât want to go through the hassle(myself included). It still all stems from Apple updating their policies.
@@0fficialnyx0_0 I agree it is a hassle but not too bad once you set it up right. Iâve had Delta on my phone for years and just let it auto refresh the license every week and didnât have to worry about it being revoked. Iâve got PSP and RetroArch on my phone as well. No jailbreak.
N64 games donât work tho
Yea ocarina works but so what? I wanna play conker without it looking bad
Nope and I wonât download the delta app Iâm supporting Nintendo as far as emulation of Switch games are concerned.
I love it a lot
I downloaded delta but there arenât any games on it am I supposed to do something else
Nintendo is scanning us we still have no Pokémon red
Delta is better cause i can play on my phone lol
đź
Don't have an iPhone or iPad. Apple sucks. Last Apple thing I bought was the video iPod. Who uses those anymore?
Switch online blows it hardly has any games and most of the ones they ad are trash. This is why people use delta.
Nah. I'll play on delta im good on paying Nintendo. Also too this is why never be a Nintendo youtuber. You're channel dies anytime they decide to be irrelevant for few years. Just be a general gaming youtuber đ
Yes I would subscribe for the full Nintendo catalog if they did so. Also, since they have not they are lazy, stinjee, & greedy.
This is illegal im not supporting it!
I'm not a business man but I do know for a fact that this is illegal and I hope Nintendo shuts it down!
Itâs actually not illegal anymore, it was at one point but Apple updated the App Store policy to make it legal
Im actually not opposed to drip feeding because it simulates the feeling of a release. You get many people playing the game at the same time. And it helps with the abundance of choice and increases the likelihood of me actually playing the game. They just need to increase the frequency to like 1 game a week or something. 2 or 3 if it isn't a classic top tier game.
đ
It's not on android đ
Is this even legal?
Nice try Nintendo
Switch online sucks
Well as long nintendo gets there cut. Per download. NO problem. If not. Then where are the ninjas đ„·
