    My favorite city in all of Europe. Best seen with locals. I was fortunate to have met someone from Budapest a few years earlier, and I stayed with her. Her French flatmate also had a friend visiting, and going to the ruin pubs with friends is one of my favorite travel experiences. Fascinating city, and great people.

    I like the video, it reflects the contemporary attractions of Budapest. Especially I like the part about Csendes. The video can be much longer, though, so I suggest also, for the next round, detailed insight in Margit Sziget, Varosliget, Erzsebet ter, Pozsonyi street, Millenarius Park, Romai Furdo, Kalvin ter, Fovam ter...Budapest is gorgeous, and it is developing more and more as a network of beautiful unique spots, parks, squares, pedestrian zones. Unlike Prague, it is still not overcrowded with tourists, as the city infrastructure is still made for accommodating a lot of people, there is a huge potential for hosting great number of people, without overpopulating it. I am expecting another video! :) ,

      You could post a 168hr long video if you're going for small/not mainstream attractions/musts and still you would need a couple hr followup every other month. I'm a budapester and i don't know most of these places...

I love my city, Stockholm, but I also love a lot of other cities. When I see someone like this girl present her city with love and humility like she does, it makes we want to go there now and enjoy it. And I would want her to show me her city just like I would love to show her mine. #citypeople

Egyébként az angolok kitudják ejteni az "u"-t "j" nélkül is és tudják, hogy Budapestet is eképpen kell ejteni, leszámítva az "s"-t, szóval nem igazán értem mit szeretnél bizonyítani.

    Budapest is a very beautiful city, food and hotels are cheap there. I found in Budapest that there is a bit of a language barrier for English speakers which is perfectly fine being in another country and one thing in Budapest when you shop at a supermarket or bakery the shop assistants can come across as a little rude as service is not a big thing in Budapest. But you get a great welcome when you go to a local gym. Watch out for the little ladies dressed in white suits who sit in public toilets spooking you as you enter otherwise Budapest is worth a look, the country has done well since their problems with wars, well done Hungary!

      Excellent I recommend checking out TripAdvisor recommendations before you set off, as many people share hidden gems on there, any who definitely go check out the Buda Castle Fishermens Bastion for excellent views and the area is rich with culture and history, if you want you can take the funicular up to the hill for a unique experience. Széchenyi thermal baths is also very popular and is a hot spring of thermal water from under ground which is very relaxing and popular with both locals and tourists, I can go list many more if you wish but definitely TripAdvisor Budapest attractions and you will be enlightened, I hope this helps :) (also don't forget you can ask your hotel for things to do and places to visit).

      Vincent Castaneda I think you should try The Zugliget Chair-lift (Zugligeti-libego) from Normafa/Janos hegy (Janos Hill). You can check it out here. Amazing view to the city from there. www.bkv.hu/en/en/zugliget_chairlift_
      Amazing little restaurant with old fashioned Hunagrian food: Makos Guba on the other side of the Chain-Bridge tunnel, or an amazing pub Stex haz on the Jozsef korut which is very cozy at night. Shopping district are Vaci utca and Kiraly utca, the oldest underground line on Andrassy ut. It depends what is your style, what kind of things you like to do. Makes people's offers different! You can check out the new National Theater (Nemzeti Szinhaz) on the river bank...(Bajor Gizi park 1.) or Buda Castle with the bus 16 from Deak Square. 1000 things to do and see. There is an oldtimer car museum (Alomauto killitas) on Leanyka utca in the XXII District. You can get there with the tram 47 from the city centre. (info:alomauto.eu/muzeum/) What is your interest? Buy a weekly travel pass and you can get anywhere with anything! It is about 15 Euros. Definitely try one of the thermal bathes! (Rudas, Gellert or Szechenyi are the best.) If you need more help, do not hesitate to ask! :) Have a nice time in this beautiful city!

"Csendes társ" (which means backer in hungarian) is a co-store, a winery and it's really in front of the garden's gate, a few meters away from the artbar. Annyira viccesek az emberek. Kb. minden városnak más a neve a különböző nyelvekben.

    • @dj8422
      @dj8422 Před 6 lety

      Mondjuk azért mert én Birmingham-et börmingemnek mondom,nem pedig birminghamnak :D Tehát az angol városoknak az eredeti nevét használjuk,akkor más országokban lévő városok neveit is az eredeti szerint ejtsük. Szerintem. Tudom,nagyon elterjedt világnyelv az angol,de nem kell mindent angolosítani,mint a 4-es 6-oson a bemondó csaj a niughati theret :D Bocsánat thér,niughati thér :D

      boom232332 Hey, do not take it on you too personally. They are just closed minded and do not like anybody - even their own kind. Too frustrated and angry nation and they always put it out on a wrong person. They did not travel much or got mixed with other nations for learning how to be open minded. Even Hungarians run away from their own country because of this mentality. Not everyone like this but the majority of the people are quite hard to understand with this kind of 'out of the blue' nonsense hatred. Sometimes they are just rude because just a few of them speaks in English and they hate everyone they do not understand. :D Sorry for that! Go back in the summer time. Much nicer and the people are happier!

      boom232332 Hey, i have one friend from Budapest. And yes he told me that some Hungarians don't like Asians. Hungarians call Asians as "yellow".
      He calls me "yellow" too so i call him "white". He is my close friend and he want me to visit Budapest.
      I am an Asian and i really want to visit Budapest. Do you have some tips for me before going there?

    • @TeaTime0223
      @TeaTime0223 Před 9 lety

      Yellow means the skin color like whites or blacks. It is not nice but this is just a name for the color of the skin literally. Budapest is a beautiful place, you have no reason to be afraid of. Watch videos about the city or buy a tourist book somewhere. :)

      Azt mondod, hogy attól nem biztos, hogy intelligens, hogy beszél angolul, aztán meg azt, hogy aki úgy beszél, hogy kurvára ne az proli. Kicsit önellentmondasz magadnak, pedig nem sokat írtál.
