Getting to a flight school and becoming an airline pilot after is what most people think especially the young ones happens when they want to become a pilot. This has always been the biggest misconception an aspiring pilot expects. Remember, Flying Schools doesn't make you become a pilot. Flying Schools are "Schools", just like any other schools, college or university. They will only teach you how to fly for you to obtain a license. They won't give you a job. After your training you're on your own. The FO is right, the most important salary you can ever get as a low timer pilot is flying hours. So for those who just finished training, whenever any opportunity arises, grab it! Make as many resume as you can and send them everywhere. You never know the time your phone rings and a company invited you for interview. Good luck!

it takes 85000$ from zero to rating only. nothing else
Hmmmm it cost me zero to get my pilot rating and around $20,000 for the A320 type rating some even got it for free. Being negative from the very start will take you nowhere. You already lost the battle before it began so be positive.
@@CaptainJCRage captain it cost me 52000$ for PPL, IR, CPL and Multi engine. alpha aviation a320 rating is 30000$. so it is true if one is perfectly healthy (eyes.....) and go to military or PAL aviation. otherwise cost money to become a pilot and cost a lot. being pilot is actually for rich one
