The Scania Longline XXL is/was a real truck, Scania stopped building them but specialized companies now convert standard Scania V8's by extending the cab and rebuilding the interior.
As they said in the video this one however is more of a showtruck. The R cabin was build in Sweden by Laxa and was actually develloped as a R crewcab for firetrucks supossedly for Chinese firetrucks (because they like spacious cabs and V8's for their firetrucks).
Only 3 cabs were supposedly produced, 1 destroyed in a crashtest, 1 i dont know and this one that was bought by Vaex Truck Traders from Laxa and Laxa added an extended Scania Topline roof to it for them.
Price for the one in the video was $262.000 and it had less then 250 miles on it.
Here is the article in Dutch, dont know how well google translate will do, but still:

The longline has been used for several show trucks, but is ultimately best suited with a layout maybe similar to the US Volvo VNL, with cabinets, wide bunk, table and maybe even a shower. Doors get in the way of all that, hence why you don't see any 4-doors.

As far as I know you can buy the crew cab for fire fighter trucks and similar.

This cab is much longer than a fire truck. It’s a standard night cab with the space for the bed plus added additional section of the cab. Even the frame itself is too long.

@@EduardSLVRU Wheelbase is 520 cm because the truck was originally bought to put a torpedo cab on. The cab is a custom firetruck cab built by Laxa.

"holy schmuck" Do you speak German? "Schmuck" is German and means: jewelry
Somehow the Americans took the word with them and gave it a new meaning.
Like Germans, the word "Oldtimer" use for historic vehicles.
What does that mean in English? maybe grandpa?

You won’t find the price for this truck, unless you order specific configuration. Trucks with this long cab does not exist from the dealership. It’s two cabs joined together. It’s a very expensive custom work.

It's sort of a od truck. Scania does make loads of 4 door trucks, but those are mostly like for fire fightets and other specialty unit, not semi.
The extended cab usually don't have a living room but rather a kitchen and usually no door. I do think the bed is original, and also the TV.
Most of the largest trucks got a bunk. Even the one that really looks like they don't.
