DISCLAIMER (Of course, I'd have one 😁)
Hey, you might think that this info makes me your lawyer, but it doesn’t and I’m not. Sorry, but I AM NOT YOUR LAWYER unless we have an engagement agreement. I am just providing public information here, like a library does, and am not providing you with legal advice about your situation. So, it would be totally unreasonable for you to conclude we have an attorney-client relationship just because you're viewing this information.

He wasn't exactly acounterfeiter.
But Joshua Norton, of San Francisco, printed his own money without any funds backing it. Now they are very valuable collectors items...
...can you do a history of eccentric celebrities?
Sounds like a good idea!
yes pls, this is wonderful content
Can you do some videos on Frank Abagnale Jr
Yes
If I was interested in counterfeiting, I think I would find a country whose dollar is easiest to counterfeit and then just exchange them for other currencies. That would make it easier to launder and look less suspicious
Hmm, thanks for the tip. I shall do just that
Great idea to get away with counterfeiting, not quite as much for money laundering. If you’d want to buy valuable items or real estate, it would still go to the question of where you got that money. Luckily, no suspicion of counterfeiting.
@@alexanderwinn7446i will just tell them i got the money legally. They for sure wouldnt ask any more questions
@@AlmightyPlague oh shit, you’re right.
If a currency is easy to counterfeit, it might not be sought after very much

There was also a canadian who made money. I think they were 20's. did such a good job even the secret service had a hard time telling the difference. When they caught up to him they seized everything he had and he promised to stop. I don't believe he spent much time if any in jail.

I have personally seen 4 different counterfeit bills during a 2 year time span while working retail.
And the business i currently work at had a counterfeit $20 show up at one of their stores.
If u know what to look for, it is actually pretty easy to tell the difference between real and counterfeit bills.
Example do not rely on just the pen only.
finally a full-length video

Please make The People VS Chip Whistler (big city greens)
1:13 what's the mispelling?
Trade secrets would be a cool topic to learn
wow, now that's some harsh impact on the algorithm side of things; i guess i've never seen what it does to channels that primarily do shorts, since that's still kinda novel
i never go to the main page, i have the 'my subscription' tab as default, that's how i came across it
good video though, more of this would be welcome
Greed is the undoing of many counterfeiters...
if i get in trouble i better call mike
irl saul?!?!?!
Wait how long were you a lawyer for law by Mike or are you a current lawyer
I have conceived of the two dumbest questions in legal history.
1. If an individual was born on February 29, 2000 and on February 28th of 2021 tries to buy an alcoholic beverage, would the sales person have to decline to sell them the drink? And if they did sell that individual a drink would it be a crime?
2. If an individual is on a long plane trip the day before his/her birthday and while they are flying the clock strikes midnight and they decide to buy a glass of wine, they take a few sips. But 5 minutes later, the plane crosses time zones and it is now 11:05pm the day before their birthday. Would that individual be committing a crime? Would they have to temporarily give up ownership of the wine to an of age individual until the clock hits midnight again? Would they be considered an underaged individual under the influence of alcohol even though they drank it before the time zone changed? Or would that individuals age be based on the time zone they were born in or first bought the wine in?
I have a answer for the second 2: an individual age is linked to the timezone of the country he is done in so if it's 12pm in his birth country but 11pm in his current country, he would still be 18, cause that how international laws work, as long as he had citizenship from the birth country and only temporary visitors to the current country.
Mike: He printed $250 million.
Me: You said that like three times already.
Mike: Fake money.
Me: YA THINK?
NOOOO NOT THE PAPER BEING WASTED
Hey Law By Mike, could you make a video playing the Attorney video game called Phoenix Wight: Ace Attorney?
Big question, who is guilty in Oedipus Rex, we had to do a project on this for school and I chose king Laius on counts of attempted filacide, attempted neonaticide, and more. Just wondering!
They should think about polymer
What is that chair???
What happens if a cop reads me my rights and they ask “ do you understand these rights as they have been read to you?” And I say no??
Mike is the real version of saul goodman, but better
Where did the term "scott-free" come from?
What about app development and content creators that are trying to prove manipulation glitches.

If you read this, ask the law in the next video to upload if a person bought land to what depth they own that land.
Federal Reserve is actually not a government entity
The misspelling I am sure, is a long S.
I came here to learn how to avoid getting arrested for printing money, not to take a history lesson.

People today are being snookered into bad investment practices like never before. How about a history video on the SEC and investment laws?
I’ve seen a lot of videos were people say prison food is much better than restaurant food I’m not going to commit a crime I’m just gonna call them and say do you mind bringing some food over from the jail if possible because I really want to see if it’s legit Lee what other people are saying
Commenting for the algorithm
Thank you, let’s get this algorithm to work! :)
Mike, I’m a mother of 11-year-old child through the pandemic. He likes to play on the Xbox someone there scammed him and talked him into spending money that wasn’t his did Microsoft have the right to do this in the bank. Let them get away with it they stole $1200 of money out of my account Legally what am I supposed to do? What is my right? Could you do a video about the gaming industry the dues in the don’ts
This is probably fake, but you are ridiculous for letting your son have access to your credit card. there's nothing you can do
I really need some dollar
Ok but the federal reserve note is not real money either.. it is actually counterfeit.. James P Wickstrom explains it in such a simple way..
He explains with facts. Why it cost 15 federal reserve notes to buy one real silver dollar..
Wait is this still a law channel
Can crypto be faked? 🤔
Intrinsically worth nothing just like usa dollar
I verbally chased hobos camping on my mother's front yard who had been doing drugs, urinating and pooping. Exposing themselves, party late into the morning. They call the police and lied that I threatened them all with a gun. The police told me there was enough evidence and charged me with , Menacing with a deadly weapon even though I do not own a fire arm nor was a weapon used. Tell me what is wrong with this sir? Please respond.
If it was hearsay, and the police are just believing the Hobos over you, and you know they do not have photos or video of you threatening them as they say- then you can, and should appeal this charge in court by pleading "not guilty" to the charges when your court date comes around.
Also, you may wish to seek legal counsel from your personal lawyer- or if you dont have one or cannot afford one, seek out your local public defender's office for representation. Some representation is better than none in any criminal court case.
Your mother is dead
@@alfredosoup As I plan to..Thank you Alfredo.
Let it go to trial. The people that made the allegations will have to testify under oath, and if they're transients then it's likely they won't show and the prosecutor's case will fall apart. Of course, this doesn't mean it won't be a big hassle for you but at least the charges will be dropped.
Crypto 😂
