Wearing a tinted visor when there's not even a speck of sun in the sky.. this guy is amazing and I really hope more of these young kids do this because I need that sort of entertainment in my life
Great vid. For all QBs out there its all about MECHANICS!!! You dont have to bench 300+ lbs and squat 500+ lbs. Its all about polishing your mechanics. Keep putting that work in brotha! 💯
This helped me a lot with throwing farther. Using these tips, I was able to throw a 35 yard pass to my Dad and he was surprised because I’ve never thrown that far.

I used this drill frequently. I was never the strongest QB in the weight room but I could throw it 65 yards accurately.

My shoulder is fucked so it always hurt to throw, but I was the best of my little friend group lol. It’s funny because I’m a big dude and you would think they’d either put me as RB or a lineman, but nope, QB it was.
