Dream doing more in 19 minutes than I can do in a month
The time he would’ve entered the end if that one eye didn’t break is about 4 minutes and 12 seconds earlier than his time. Subtracting the time from his final time, his time would’ve been 15 minutes and 12 seconds (about) which basically ties with first place. It’s a real shame that eye broke. It would’ve been a world record then :(
This is true along with if he used more fluid crafting and less trading, he would’ve probably easily broke the record

3:30 in the nether fortress so pog dude and got out of the nether in 7:10 with pearls and blaze rods and 12:00 he got to the stronghold he literally could have got 15 min record or less and a very big world record
He made it to the end frame at ~13 minutes. If you assume the pearl didn't break, you'd add another 2:07 for him entering the pearl and dragon fight which would put him at just over 15. Probably 15:10

How tf did this guy shatter his perfect record by 7 minutes? For everyone who doesn’t understand how big even 1 second faster is, 1 second in speed running is equivalent to 100 meters in a race. Imagine how far 7 minutes is by those terms, 7 minutes I’d literally lapping someone by 12 laps!

I think his making sense you guys just dont relate or get it because i am a tracknfield player and 1second is pretty crucial in a 100m race because even .01 matters to me alot and yes you would be surprised if you beat a record by seconds away, its quite hard to believe
1 second still isn’t that big, this is no track race. As a speedrunner, 1 second is just kind of a shame. I mean you are still happy, but it’s not that big of a deal. Also this personal best was in 2 different versions, this one being the theoretical faster version (and is the faster version). So no real surprises. 7 minutes is a lot; if you were doing the same version. Otherwise Dream isn’t capable of doing that.

He made the right play, any speedrunner would do the same. If you get the chance for the world record, you have to take the risk because every second counts. Even if it means running to the stronghold with less than 12 eyes.

He faced 3 obstacles, 1: Not inuf beds in the village, 2: His eye broke, 3: If he had found an enderman faster and not get lost. That would have been world record.

Omg I just got a 24 mins 34 secs run I spawned in a savana village with three black thmiths and I entered nether in 4 mins and spawned in a bastion 135 blocks away from fortress I got 12 obsidian from trading and nether traveled 393 blocks away from nether travel portal I entered end 22 mins and took it 1 min for the dragon to
Perch and I got a 24 mins 34 secs run !!!
