In the USA about 1% of people are employed as farmers or ranchers. In the Philippines about 23% of people are employed as farmers or ranchers. Wow, Filipinas eat a lot!

Maybe - Your country can impose an entry fee tax - To discourage local people of going to Casinos-- In Singapore-- All Citizens and Permanent Residents - had to pay an entry fee of SG $150/- to go in to discourage them--And also family can bar their own members who are gambler addicts from going in under the law- Foreigners & Tourists are free to go in-- The Gov got revenues from taxing the Casinos and use it to subsidise the welfare schemes for the poor !!!
