I have seen a lot of condos and homes. I really love this place. If its too small they also have units that are much larger, but be prepared to pay a much larger price.

There are larger rooms with an outside private spa and shower. You can always find a larger room but you can't always get an incredible view with great amenities. Thanks for the comment and Thanks For Watching.

Minnehonk, There is a fairly large influx of buyers from other countries. I definitely wouldn't bet on those prices being down. Thailand is a beautiful place with friendly people. Tourism has rebounded and many people are relocating. Who doesn't want to have an ocean view?
Would they offer a better deal for a 6 month lease ( possibly paid in advance in full ?
Really Great Question, You would need to talk with the agent. Usually that would be very appealing to an owner as they would be guaranteed the rent for six months. Most owners prefer lower rent and long term tenants. instead of high rent and new tenants every month or two. Thanks For Watching.
Curious about something. Let’s say u rent a condo their and want to invite a girl-guest over. Do you have to hike all the way down to the security guard house gate to meet them & walk them up?
I honestly don't know. My guess would be yes as the security at the gate was very secure. Thanks For Watching

How much? It sounded like she said 13,000 or 30,000, and sounded like you said 38,000. Thirteen sounds a bit low for that place, even in low season. 30,000 sounds pretty high for a 35sqm room, even with the nice view, compared to similar other "luxury" properties nearby.

@@whereisgregnow5989 I'd expect south side rooms to go for a premium and north side rooms to start to go for a discount as construction begins on the 45 floor Arom Jomtien tower on the north which will block out a good portion of the views.
