Maybe we can see what distance to the net there was at the point of the shooting and do some calculation based on that and the time the ball needed to go that distance. Still, I feel like the measurement is not very accurate to say the least.

No one is kicking it and reaching 200 km/h... no one. That is 120 mph, which is close to the fastest a baseball can be hit. 105 mph is the fastest thrown. Theoretically a human body can throw about a 109 mph baseball, after that the forces are too large for our biological make up, i.e the bones, tendons, muscles, cartilage will break and tear. No one is kicking that ball above 100 mph.
