    WHO IS JIANG YU SHAN:
Jiang Yu Shan (Hisham Al-Haroun) has lived 30 years in Taiwan practicing Kung Fu and Qigong. He is most notably known for being the master of the monkey style but he is also a master in Tai Chi, Bagua Zhang, Wing Chun, Xin Yi Ba and Wu Zhu Quan.
Jiang is a 33rd generation Shaolin disciple and has been nominated 9th Dan (or “Duan”) in Chinese Kung Fu. In addition, he comes from a wrestling family and is well-rehearsed in other martial arts such as catch wrestling (he has a good relationship with the notorious CACC Snake Pit in Japan).
Not only that, Jiang also worked as a special forces (CMC.SCC) drill instructor for over 10 years teaching hand to hand combat, tactical raid, entry team tactics, knife fighting and hostage rescue to Taiwanese special ops. Before that he was an army paratrooper in the German military where he got his initial military education.
Due to his respected status in Taiwan’s society and his high expertise in self-defence, he has served as a bodyguard for several Taiwanese presidents and presidential candidates. A foreigner working as a body guard for a president is extremely rare and unheard of in almost any country in the world.
To test his martial arts skills and proficiency in practice, Jiang has competed in various kickboxing, Sanda, MMA and Karate competitions, winning 7 gold medals. His biggest victory was winning the All Japan Karate MMA competition 2016 in Tokyo, Japan at the age of 45.
Jiang has 40 years of training in Kung Fu and has operated as a respected teacher since he was in his twenties. Now, he is a grandmaster who comes from very rare and pure lineages of Kung Fu and Qigong. This is why his teachings are not only very unique but also more effective than many of the commercial forms of Qigong or Kung Fu you see today.
It’s our privilege and honour to showcase his skills to the broader audience. Enjoy!

What exactly is the purpose of the Monkey Fist Door 24 Warrior Qigong that is unique to it, and benefits does it bring that can't be found in Health and Fighting Chi Kung?

@@Vahvafitness I can't help but then understand that its only a matter of personal preference which of the two one should practice? I would have thought that the longer form develops the body in more unique ways, on the inside, than the simpler Lohan form. The Golden Bell has a very Clear specified goal in how it prepares one's body for a fight, i just thought the longer form does as well. But thank you very much for the reply

@@mihailophilalethes5727 The Monkey Qigong Set is a lot more advanced and also prepares your complete body for fighting and performance. Big differences are also that it's an extremely long form stretching and strengthening each part of the body while preparing advanced fighting elements like finger strikes. You will also learn multiple breathing patterns and applications of the Breath of Mental Power to generate intense internal energy.
In other words, Lohan Gong is a perfect form to start with but if you want to take this form of training a lot further, the monkey fist door form is the progression

Great and informative video of what Master Jiang yu shan knows and what he is going to teach. I have always wondered, how did you two come across him among the many of Martial Artists and Masters? Did you know from the start that he was who you were looking for? Have you ever come across some one who called himself a master but turned out to be all talk?

We originally knew about this master with crazy hardening skills and thought it would be a good idea to learn hardening because it would be useful for MMA and make a fun video for CZcams. This was the video we initially filmed: czcams.com/video/_ul5iGz7F1A/video.html
Little did we know that he knew 1000x more than we expected and had an insanely high level of Qigong and knowledge of health practices as well. Before our videos you could only see clips of him breaking bricks etc with big hands... he didn't advertise or showcase his knowledge/skill in other areas at all (online or in the West at least)

Albert Ortega being Jiang Yu Shan’s disciple has actually cost $36,000 USD or the same split into 20 payments once a year. May seem much but it’s not actually when you consider you will get full mentorship and internship in Kung Fu, Qigong, life and everything else he knows and you can become a real master yourself and use that to make a living. Everyone wants to become a disciple but a few actually want to commit. In China/Taiwan the masters haven’t taught you free either because as a master you have to weed out the unserious and invest your time and effort only to the truly committed and serious

@@MsWatchdog Up to certain point I agree , some things are better off gone rather than in the wrong hands. Half knowledge is way more damaging than not having that knowledge. Many people in the world are teaching things that they themselves don't really understand , these are knowledge better off forgotten.

The best is a mixture of many styles as the master teaches in his Trinity System. Xinyi ba, monkey kung fu, lohan quan and wing chun are the most practical in our opinion but you also need sparring and competing as in sand. To enhance you as a fighter, Qigong and internal kung fu offer important elements
