Canada, like all other signatories, is legally obligated under the geneva convention to prevent genocide. Israel was ordered by the ICJ to cease and desist all genocidal actions. They have failed to do this so all member states to the convention are now complicit to these crimes if they do no divest, sanction, and boycott Israel. The fact that you don't know this just exposes your own ignorance.
