I cannot give NCA exam in Pakistan so I need to come to Canada for that can I get a visa on that basis only?
Once you start making 100+ you can set up a holding corporation which helps to reduce the tax bill.

Should i rather go for an MBA or an LLM after a law degree from India. Also i wanted to ask you whether only going for NCA is sufficient to practice law in Canada, or like, is an LLM necessary?

What about tax returns? Especially after law school, you probably would have some tax credits left.
Great question! You do get tuition tax credits depending on the type of program you have taken in the past.
hey rabeea i am a self practising lawyer in Mumbai since 5 years and i am planning to migrate to canada and i urgently need to know if my PR would get affected if i do not give NCA exam? is it compulsory to give NCA exam for a lawyer in India.
No it would not affect and NCA exams are only needed if you want to practice in Canada, you can also give these exams after migration. But what else you are going to do in Canada?
