- I DID IT! This too forever to finish. I just did not want to work on this xD but i pushed through! I'm sure I'm gonna get dinged for so many close up shots :P i tried xD i got more characters in though!

So is no one gonna say anything about how PERFECT that running scene was?! Dimitri jumping over the log, knocking Sinbad over, Cinderella running with Jane, omg everything was utterly flawless!!
Did everyone just magically forget that Mulan was hurt?!!
Positives:
- Perfect instrumental song choices that helps enhance/complement the feeling of dread throughout the entire video
- Dialogue is very easy to read
- The zoom out with the characters at the first clip is a wonderful way to show where they all are within the setting, while setting the mood of the rest of the scene
- The constant subtle camera zooms and pans helps create a sense of flow throughout the video
- The clothes swaps on Lillie looks incredibly canon!
- Nice use of background actions to make the scene feel immersive while providing little character moments, such as Zac comforting Lillie at 1:12
- Funny use of expressions at 1:39 - helps show the personality of the character without dialogue
- Love the mirroring of the shots at 1:46 and 1:51 - the use of the zoom and the midshot to closeup visually highlights the conflict between them
- Great camera movement/blocking at 2:17 with James and Javier
- Zac’s interaction with the birds at 2:28 helps make the environment he’s in feel ‘real’ - a nice little moment :D
- Adore the use of fog in the vid, especially when they first see the ship - the shot at 2:45 in particular is wonderful
- Great character moment between Zac and Javi - while there is a personality clash between them, it’s clear their hearts are in the right places
- Great use of coloring throughout the piece - I adored the contrast between the blue of the exterior shots versus the red of the interior. It helped make the two scenes stand out from each other, with the red highlighting the sense of ‘danger’ within the ship
- 4:02 - fantastic use of the camera pan to go from Zac interacting with the others to the reveal of the corpse
- Really nice moment between Zac and Mulan
- Wonderful use of camera movement at 5:20
- Love the use of use of the final note of the piece/crashing sound effect to create a huge ‘ooomph’ to the closing of the vid - allowing the moment to sink in at the end of the vid
Critique:
- It’s a nice expression at 3:08 - however the body language is a little awkward because it feels like Zac is pushing against thin air or an invisible barrier. I’d recommend placing a tree there so Zac’s blocking feels more natural against the environment.
- The costume change at 5:41 broke immersion a little - while it usually can’t be helped, the shot to the suit was a bit too much of a contrast to his more ‘daily wear’ attire
- Sometimes the flaws/holes of the masks can be a touch distracting - you don’t necessarily have to reconstruct them though. For a shot like 0:18 for example, I’d recommend using a ‘prop’ to cover the flaws, such as using a log or a rock there to cover Cornelia’s arm. Or in the case of 1:28, I’d recommend placing a tree there or playing with zooming in closer on Triston to remove the ‘gap where Anya had been.
You do a wonderful job of showing Zac’s relationship with the other characters - his moments with Javi and Mulan shows that despite being a little rough sometimes, he really does care about the people around him. You did a beautiful job with the pacing of the vid - while it’s 6 minutes (you dedicated soul!), the transitions between the scenes are brisk and the video never feels like it is dragging. You also clearly noted our critique in the previous round, and applied them to this vid. The constant use of crowd shots are fantastic, and your atmosphere is fantastic.
Whoever Triston saw, he must be important to him.

First of all, great dialogue as always! I really like Zac and his innocent yet clearly curious side. This sweet man needs more loveeee! Also, I have to say I adore the coloring here. All these shadows and the blueish color on the outside and the redish color inside the ship light up the mood perfectly. And fantastic editing on Lillie again♥ NOW THE RUNNING SCENE AT THE END. That was amazingly well done! Triston pushing Zac aside and jumping over the log... amazing! Really got the feel like he just wants to *yeet* away as quickly as possible. AND LOOK AT OUR CUTIES @5:43 !! Precious boys, they both deserve much more. You did such great job with all the group shots too. Look at all those characters on the background! Wonderful job with the immersion.

Dude that opening shot of Zach Lillie and Alex at the beginning was so good! Your round is so much fun to watch as we start figuring out what's going on. I also love that background scene of Zach checking on Lillie after she faints. How are you so good??? Amazing video as always! 💕
