Refurbishing the Powertran Transcendent 2000

This is the latest instalment in our series on the Powertran Transcendent 2000. This UK kit-based mono-synth was released in 1978 and is seeing a new life here in North America. We are going to convert the power supply to work on a 120 volts and we’ll go through the instrument and replace or repair any of the components that are showing their age. We will finish the video with a demonstration of the sonic capabilities of this unique synthesizer. Enjoy the video!
