Could listen to yates all day .the king of kings 👌🏻
Absolute legend! Dorian, with all due respect I think you need to get a CZcams specialist, if more people knew about your channel I think it would be huge.
I never knew this existed until I saw Andy post about it.
I didn’t know either 😮
My favourite Mr Olympia👏👏👊
More awesome work from Andy galpin
Any advice from the legendary shadow is much appreciated 👍
Northern Ireland fan.
The Shadow never fails to keep us informed, thank you for everything it was great
Hi Dorian!! Really enjoyed this talk!! We both share our love for bodybuilding and wildlife. I would love to see Lee Haney on one day! I admire his character greatly and I think it would make for a great discussion!! Take it easy!
Great suggestion!
Love these talks
Dorian Yates The reason i started lifting and still do 30 year later 🙏
Just a average gym bro
Was wondering when episode three was coming! Look forward to watching this tonight.
Thanks Dorian... and appreciate the interview Andy
This is one of the best channels on CZcams, unfortunately not very many people know about this channel yet. Hoping you stick with it because this content is incredible and will eventually grow! I literally discovered it by accident.
Another brilliant episode and guest, thank you Dorian 😊
Thanks a bunch for these Dorian 🙏🏻
Great stuff Mr Yatess, knowledge is power.
Amazing Dorian & Andy I appreciate how Dorian relates everything to the average man woman who train where small gains and improvements are everything. Would be amazing Dorian if you could do a specific podcast on the over 45 50s 60s people who still workout there is very limited discussion on this topic yet it’s a massive population all from the 80s and 90s still working out 🏋️♀️ but gains are limited or issues in trying to be lean ! It’s a massive untapped group would love too hear Dorians advice , lifestyle advice and can encompass the mind angle too and the nutritional aspect . Thank you been a pleasure watching the real champ the greatest Dorian who represents the average man !
next shadow talk to listen :D
Thanks Dorian ! After the last video , I have added in bio available vitamin, tmg, and some other recommendations from the video. It’s a huge improvement in my energy, mood and overall health. Keep making these great videos thank you Dorian ! About to watch this episode!!!

Andy is one of the VERY few people in this industry I have respect for 🙌🏻

Next episode. Stay tuned!
Looking forward for it!
Great episode today!
This might be the first time I hear in length Andy galpin in an interview.
Just the name I've heard in passing for way over here now but never really pursued in who exactly he is , what he does ,etc.
As a PT myself, I definitely agree with majority of what he said in how he would train & What protocol he would put average clients/ non-competitive bodybuilders.
In a nutshell: "We dont know." What about EAA supplements?
I say bullshit to the strength training /cognitive ability, I’m 68 and still dumb as fuck 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Dorian Lies about his using steroids in the past.
Untrue! the original tekst was not polite enough.
@@AndredeWit-cu8nb It's true man.
Hes been very open about it and how rough and unwise it was to go cold turkey after his career ending injury. Hes also been open about his problems with drugs and how he turned his life around.
@@baileywebb1 Once i heard him saying, he was introduced to steroids in the prison or the center and after he said he wasn't taking steroids and he strts afr=ter 16 mounths or 18 and he was already huge. It's a lie. If you natural, you can see average results after 3 years at least. And he said when he started taking some mg of st he started to grow like bad seeds. lol LIE!
