Ok, you've scared the crap out of anyone who has ever flown on an airplane, why didn't you analyze why any of the crashes happened?
The NTSB released its final report in 2003, three years after the accident. The report stated that the crash of Flight 17 was caused by the detachment of the right elevator control tab. The disconnection was caused by the failure to properly secure and inspect the attachment bolt.

Half of story no point in watching
When the captain banked the plane to the left, the faulty INU sent erroneous data to his ADI, preventing the instrument from showing the aircraft was in a bank. The comparator alarm sounded repeatedly, which was an indication that the aircraft's two ADI displays were in disagreement.
So terrifying to think about when you are just in a normal flight and then this could suddenly happen...
Can you please post another 3-4 hour video compiling various seasons.. as you usually do.

As the aircraft lifted off the runway on the accident flight with both engines at full power, a faulty switch in conjunction with a possible short circuit caused the right engine's thrust reverser to deploy.
