    ENGLAND !
England, which has not been able to achieve the international success it wanted since the 1966 world cup, wants to change this trend with Euro 1984. But first they have to get out of the qualifying groups. According to football autoroti, there is the favorite of the group, but there is Denmark, the rising country of European football, Hungary with its deep-rooted football school and Greece, which participated in the last European championship Euro 80. There may be surprises. Have a good time :)

Totally agree that it was the Greece home game that ultimately cost England a place the the ‘84 euros. Englands goal diff was vastly superior to Denmark’s, having said that Denmark were good for their money in the finals.

@@frankwells7520also Denmark's late equaliser in the 1st game also cost us.
Just one extra point in either Denmark game or the home game against Greece would've put us through.

Laudrup was nowhere near one of the all time greats. What I would call a misfit - a talented attacking midfield player who was afraid to go too near the opposition goal.

Denmark deservedly beat us at Wembley, and IMO, whoever compiled this video is guilty of piss poor video production, showing so little of the Danes creativity that night.

The only reason why we failed to qualify is why Bobby Robaon persisted in senrding on Luther Blissett in the forward position.
We had Mark Hateley, Clive Allen, Gary Lineker; Gary Shaw, Tony Morley, Gordon Cowans; John Barnes.
    NO WAY! ONLY LITHER BLISDETT!
    HOW STUPID!
