BEEF - 350 GRAMS

ONION - ½
BELL PEPPER - ½ GREEN / ½ RED
GREEN CHILLI - 6
SPRING ONION - 2
CABBAGE - ¼
CARROT - SOME
SALT - 1 ½ TS (AS NEEDED)
SOY SAUCE (DARK) - 3 TS
WHITE VINEGAR - 2 ½ TS
SESAME OIL - 1 TS
WHITE PEPPER - ¼ TS
CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE - 3 TBS
KETCHUP - 2 TBS
VEG OIL - 2 TBS (AS NEEDED)
