Minecraft is a sandbox game developed by Mojang Studios. In Minecraft, players explore a blocky, procedurally generated 3D world with virtually infinite terrain and may discover and extract raw materials, craft tools and items, and build structures, earthworks, and simple machines. Depending on their chosen game mode, players can fight hostile mobs, as well as cooperate with or compete against other players in the same world. Game modes include a survival mode and a creative mode. There is also a wide variety of user-generated content, such as modifications, servers, skins, texture packs, and custom maps, which add new game mechanics and possibilities.

Call Me Kevin
Minecraft but my world is one block
#CallMeKevin #Gaming #Minecraft - Hry
This is the most anxiety-inducing gameplay only because Kevin doesn't seem all that afraid of falling
Well, other than his stuff from inventory everything will be alright because he will respawn on the same spot
lmao mabey it comes with time playing the game cause ive been playing since like 2010 or 2011 and i am not afraid of falling lmao i spent probably 10000 hrs building big detailed stuff in mc which meant lots of jumping around and stuff so its easy t me
â@@animeloveer97 two words: kevin proofing
I'm playing it on console, crouch & you won't fall off edges. You can still be pushed by mobs & water
With the power of Holding Ctrl, you too can be as fearless as Kevin :D
The fact that Kevin has played this game since it came out and has yet to learn how to do pretty much anything shows a level of commitment that is equal parts impressive and terrifying
His ADHD is really showing đ
@@romysflash I remember watching his video about him having ADHD, and before he even said it, I already knew it lmao, my brain is 110% like his minus the cool personality part
â@@troublesometoaster4492 Nah dude pretty sure you're cool too
@@troublesometoaster4492yeah sameee!! i remember seeing his vid and being like ??? u didnât know?? but i think i just saw he had it because i have it too lmfao
@@troublesometoaster4492same I was honestly just surprised it took so long lmao. Manâs chaotic, creative, has a mind like a sieve, fixates on things easily (amongus) and frequently is able to do things in extremely convoluted and unintended ways which inexplicably work perfectly. Kevin is likeâŠADHD personified lmao
A tip for further expansion:
Use the slabs to expand, but use the lower block part as it means mobs cant spawn on them, meaning less wasting coal on torches.
Speaking of that, wood is a renewable resource whereas coal isnt so best to make charcoal since you have infinite of it
but coal and charcoal are completely interchangeable so it's not much of a matter
@@ashtimbo so?
@@user-py8cb6tz8zso why save the coal ?
@@ashtimbo One coal and one log makes 8 charcoal.

Always a pleasure to see Kevin playing Minecraft. It's interesting to see his creative side shine.
I love it when Kevin plays simple games like minecraft, it really takes his creativity to the forefront

it is so endearing to watch Kevin teach himself how to build in a way he enjoys. you can tell he has a lot of fun making these builds look good his way, rather than look up tips like a lot of people.
EDIT: I mean to say the builds look good and I'm impressed he is just figuring it out himself
Kevin realising he could skin the building in cobble, just on the visible sides was a pretty great idea, that's how I used to build rooms.
Kevin's architectural and building skills are actually pretty great. Like he's an experienced beginner lol
He's a strategic genius
Would really dig a part 2 of this! It's interesting how limitations often spawn creativity. One chunk, one block, once the parameters are set you are free to explore within it to the fullest. Really enjoyed this!
What is the mod called?
hehe dig

I'd definitely be down for more of this! i really enjoyed seeing how you navigated the situation with limited resources and not knowing what would appear with the next block

@@ashs_insights I know you were trying to come up with a snarky lil reply, but I'm sure you can do better than that. you're welcome to try again!
Watching Kevin play Minecraft is both incredibly entertaining and infuriatingly frustrating at the same time and it will never get old
For me it was when he got stressed about spiders during the day
I desperately need more of Kevin's chaotic yet beautiful world
7:58 "I'm gonna go shave my sheep. It sounds like an euphemism for something, I don't like it" Except you do like it, because you're always looking for ways to make things weird (also, most phrases that are like "I'm gonna [verb] my [noun]" will probably sound like an euphemism) đ
Yeah
Been loving the Minecraft videos, Kevin! Keep 'em coming
IF you keep this up kevin, you can double the amount of blocks you have to expand using slabs. I also found great luck with setting up a cobble wall around the "One Block" in case creepers spawn and move all chests to the opposite end of your island.
I also believe (depending on which version you are using) you can reach The End.
Thanks scott
He used slabs in the vid finally :D
@@somerandomgamer8504 yea, I made my comment before he reached that point.....and then decided to leave my comment up;
Hey, whats this mod called ? if you don't mind answering.
@@Stagimoo I'm following for the answer too!!!
I can really appreciate how he used the Yogscast Minecraft survival episode 1 clip for the first bit of the video. Arguably the best minecraft series ever.
He does it for the start of every new Minecraft series he makes and barely anyone notices :(
Fr it was my favourite part. Nostalgia
I feel like hunting optic was the best Minecraft series I've seen. Ive rewatched it like 4 times lol
I used to watch Yogscast Minecraft with Simon and Lewis so much
Hey Kevin! Using slabs for challenges like this is actually much more useful than you might realize at first! The bottom slab allows you to expand without worrying about mobs spawning:)
Plus it makes these flat build challenges look cool, especially when making forests and farms
This is fun! Iâd love for this to just become a relatively low-impact easy thing you can turn to regularly while youâre focusing on your other projects or just need a break from coming up with ideas. It seems funky and random enough to not get old for ages, and seeing how you solve problems caused by the spanner or your earlier decisions will be fun
I donât know why but in the last month or two especially Kevinâs videos have been SUPER enjoyable, and Iâve watched almost his whole catalogue
I agree and I don't know why
kevin has been my comfort youtuber for almost 4 years now, welcome to the cul- club!

ive been on a kevin binge lately too, hes just a good lad with funny haha videoes and its great
longer vids prob so we can enjoy more then 15 mins a vid
Please make it a series, that was really enjoyable to watch! The place looks great!
I love seeing Kevin build something in Minecraft practically from nothing. It would be awesome to see a series of this!
Kevinâs One Chunk challenge videos were what introduced me to his channel. Now I watch every upload. So yeah, definitely down for more Minecraft One Block challenge :)
The zombie apocalypse was really entertaining as well
Kevins minecraft videos are always hilarious to watch and I can already tell this is going to be a great one!
Please make this into a series! Skyblocks are always entertaining and your commentary makes them all the better!
Definitely wanna see more! I love how Kevins creativity blossoms when he restrics himself with crazy rules :-D
This kinda reminds me of the challenges from a while back where when you broke a block itâd give you something else, which I think itâd be interesting to see Kevin the strategic genius do
the block randomizers lmao
he has done it

This?
I think itâs excellent to see you enjoying single block so much, love to see what happens as you get further into it and continue to expand your game.
Loved how organic and chaotic your playing is. Would love to see you play this more
Kevin : The other useless thing is this chest, you better not think of ME.
Me: Iâm sorry 11:20
2:21
"Hurr"
"What the hell? Was that you?"
"Oink"
I got a good chortle out of that one
I'd love for this to become a series, one block is so fun and Kevin makes it even more fun!
This is easily the most interesting and entertaining minecraft related video I've seen in a long while.
The previous one was the one chunk challenge
"Im coming over, you better not be romanticising your melancholic solitude"
Me as fuck: 7:23
Itâs great that Kevin keeps putting himself in such torment and insanity just for our amusement, he is a creative, inflicting pain upon himself Minecraft genius.
The fact that KEvin managed to not fall off the world is absolutely incredible to me, I'm so proud
I loved this! Thanks for making me smile again, Kevin.
Kevin never ceases to amaze and terrify me with his unwitting genius and complete lack of self awareness when it comes to worldly dangers. 10/10 would watch more.
that Yogscast-esque intro sent me back to 2011, thanks Kevin
I am a dwarf and I'm digging a hole, diggy diggy hole!
Don't we all appreciate how much much effort that Kevin puts into all his videos of making normal games chaotic just for our entertainment
Well done Kevin leep up the good work
I'm pretty sure it's less for entertainment and more how he actually is, amazing content either way lmao
I like how he expanded the entire island, but just didnât even think of expanding the farm despite the animals trying kill themselves to escape from Kevin
Making a cauldron to replicate your water block is a good pick btw, rain will eventually fill it and once you get a glass bottle you can fill it from your water source. Once thatâs done cutting leaf blocks and water logging them is a neat way to make a blast resistant mining space
Oh my goodness did you not SEE his one chunk series?! It took him at least 10 episodes to get that damn cauldron full!
Yooo Kevin Iâm so happy youâre doing you to the fullest. I feel like the channel has such a fresh new, exciting energy recently. Thanks for all the awesome content and inspiring work lately. I tried oil pastel for the first time because of your art video!!! Itâs a lot of fun!!
YES i agree with the new energy of the channel recentlyy
Hey Kevo! I've been watching for about 6 years. One thing I've always loved about you is how you can take a game that may have gotten boring and monotonous and find new was to make it both fun and challenging again. Because of watching you do that when I was 11 for the first time has taught me how to do that in any situation.. especially gaming.
22:10 cue in the music from dark cloud 2 after youâve cleared a dungeon floor. Hitting me with that nostalgia Kevin! Love it đŻđŻ
Would love to see even more of this as a series man it seems so fun!!
24:45 house looks a little sus there Kevin
I love when Kevin makes these videos; he does so well with decorating and making a cozy little space.
The absolute chokehold that Kevinâs minecraft videos have on me. I need more minecraft content!đ©đ
The word choke doesnât pair well with those emojis⊠unless youâre kinkyâŠ
@@SkullMuncher625 imo I donât think choking is considered kinky anymore, it seems so vanilla now smhđ
Would love to see more, it'd be really interesting if you could build a sort of drip pan under the dungeon so when mobs spawn and they fall through a hole and are exposed to sunlight you could take their things, assuming you can build stairs or something down
Iâm so excited to see more, I wasnât sure how this could be as entertaining as the one chunk series but Kevin playing minecraft is as fun to watch as ever.
This was really a lot more fun than I expected and it seemed like you got really into it. I'd love to see more.
Love the RuneScape music around 23:57
Kevin content, minecraft and RuneScape altogether is wonderful
I love seeing these one block playthroughs, I hope you keep going =)
Murder cow giving jim pickens a run for his money 6:12
I really enjoy that Kevin is a yogscast fan because we get tiny little references during the Minecraft videos đ
At 15:39 Kevinâs brain made the dial up noise lol đ
6:12 that was vengeance, because at 6:04 pig commited murder against the cow people first
Kevin playing Minecraft is so fun. I'd love to see Kevin play with RT and spiff for the Irish lads again
You are my favorite person Kev, you truly deserve the world. thank you for spreading joy and making our lives brighter :)
I just finished watching Modded One Block with Sparklez, was neat watching Kevin play what looked like a simpler variant. I might try this map instead.
Oh for the creepers I just had an idea (Iâm halfway through the video)
You could stand in the doorway and break the block, but you could have the block between the infinite block and the door be mined out so that you can close the door and if the creeper tries to walk over to the door itâll fall down (youâd have to put an opened trapdoor there too so the pathing would let it work.)
Iâd love to see more of this series, thanks for the daily laughs ^^
5:00 fricken killed me.
Same
honestly for a guy who usually just builds boxes i am excited to see like what kevin does with that. an architectural genius in the making i think â€
Not huge on MC myself but your videos in it are usually enjoyable, especially some of the challenges and whatnot. I'd definitely be alright with seeing this continue a bit- provided it wasn't the only thing for an extended period đ
I hope you continue playing this! It was so much fun to watch!
Just when I thought youâd run out of ideas but here you go again, great work Kevin, keep it up đ

It's actually really cool.
You can see how much Kevin's improved in his gameplay.
It's really nice.
At this point, building over an edge without risking a fall would be a nice QoL feature
The one chunk series was my all time favourite, I'm excited to see what happens with this!
Same, I rewatch the one chunk series quite often
@vogelvrouw I normally rewatch it every few months, just enough time that it almost feels new again to a degree. Love watching his Sims play throughs, but nothing beats the one chunk challenges to me.

Would love to see you play this to the end! One of my favourite maps to watch for sure! Another great video đ
