Cadillac SRX CUE Screen replacement 2013 to 2017 replace that cracked screen! Escalade, CTS and XTS

We replace the cracked CUE screen in my wife's 2015 SRX. it's a little nerve racking at first, but it actually pretty easy. #cadillac #diy

I’m trying to change out my screen I’m having trouble with the one screw in the front of screen the screw won’t come out and also I didn’t see that little white cable connected on mine.I’ve done everything else just can’t get that one screw out to put the new screen in. What do you suggest? I have a ATS coupe 2015

All the screws on the screen are small Phillips screws, the best I can suggest is to be sure you have the correct size screwdriver to fit snugly. With a fair amount of pressure it should come out. The white cable is a small ribbon cable, there is a little plastic door that needs to be released to unplug the cable.
