just so you know i do this at least 4 times a week and on a bigger set of stairs and also teach this in my class... ive seen many changes on people that do this work out not only in there appearance but in there strength also. "dont judge a book by its cover "

Yes, crawling back and forth on a basketball court will give you a shoulder workout. The reason he does them on the steps like this is because it puts him on a decline, putting more of his weight on his shoulders so that he gets more of a workout. Try them on a basketball court first and if you need more a workout do them on the steps. You can also just do them down/up any sort of hill and it will be similar though not as hard as the steps.

No problem bro, I am very much into calisthenics, and the fact is that, calisthenics really builds muscles.Coupled with good diet, u will definitely see good results. Personally, I feel that it is better than going to the gym.

get yourself a resistance band and put it over the bar and the two ends put your knee through and it provides assistance in the concentric phase (the muscle flexing part, the lift/push etc). OR you can just use a box/chair, jump up to the top part of the pull up and hold as long as can and then slowly lower yourself down, repeat.

The practical use of shoulders is for you to crawl .It supports your entire arm when u r crawling forward. The exercise he shows really gives your shoulders good burn. Have fun training.

Hi guys great channel, cheers from Greece! I've noticed you do or recommend no cardio. I'm 28y old, male, 160 pounds, 5'8''. I've gotten tired with the gym, so I stopped it and now i'm into bodyweight exercises. My bodyfat is something like 17-19%. Do you think that without no cardio can I get it to ~10%? (2-3 month period). Thanks a lot guys!

I do this same workout instead of crawling I drag my feet. I call them soldiers crawl because I do push ups each time I reach forward up and down the drive equals one

a good shoudler workout is to walk up a wall with your fet from push-up position

Bro, keeping pulling and u will notice that the bars will 'pull' u up eventually. lol. Pull up is progressive. Let me give u a good way to train pull ups- pull as many reps as u can manage, and get ur chin above the bar. In case u can't get ur chin above the bar, at least keep ur arms in a 90 degree angle for every rep. Go for ur maximum reps. Rest for 2-3 min after one set. Then go for maximum reps again. In less than a month, I am sure u can hit beyond 8 pull ups, and chin above bars. :P
